very polite great customer service didn’t rush fitted everything properly and made sure everything was comfortable. very greatful for the help today will 100% be going back soon for more things

Definitely Recommend!

I hardly ever write reviews, however this is well deserved.
I placed an order and it was a very special one. I ordered a new rug for my horse in order to get some last pictures together due to him being put to sleep the following week.
I rung the store to explain the situation and to just ask when this item would be dispatched.
I was assured that this item would be dispatched the following day which I was so grateful for. I spoke to Kate on the phone who was so kind and willing to do anything she could for me!

The item arrived 1 day later!! I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am.
The rug is stunning and I also received some complimentary horse treats which again, I am very grateful for! My horse will love them. Thank you so much! This means the world to me.
I will definitely be recommending you to all my horsey friends! ❀

Efficient, friendly service

Kate could not have been more helpful. My granddaughter loved looking round and trying clothing on .
Kate made us welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend and we will definitely be returning customers.

Kate went above and beyond

Kate went above and beyond, shipping a Crafty Pony all the way to Canada for me. Her service and communication was top notch, and she shipped out incredibly quickly. The free bucket was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing Service

Amazing service when purchasing my daughters body protector. Fantastic selection in store to try on and Kate couldn't have done more to help 😀

Great service when purchasing a child’s body protector

We had an appointment with Kate to purchase a body protector for my 7 year old daughter
Kate was friendly, helpful and professional.
