Excellent customer service
I ordered a set of reins and due to issues with the system I was sent the wrong item. The custom service was great, they went out of their way to resolve this as soon as possible. I was offered another product straight away as the item wanted was out of stock. I was sent a returns label and was refunded once I sent the item back.

Professional and prompt service
Clear website for ordering, good comms/updates, available on the end of a phone or chat to help with queries, and prompt/tracked delivery of the items I ordered, which arrived in perfect condition. Would thoroughly recommend, and SimplyHorse will get further orders from me.

Extremely helpful
Simply Horse were so helpful enabling me to purchase an item that was out of stock everywhere else from their website even though it wasn’t available in their eBay. Very helpful answering queries also.
