I am always confident in the quality of what KB3D carries in their store. Items are always packaged very well and they ship super fast after I place my order. If I need cheap generic consumables I look elsewhere, but if I need quality hardware for my printers I ALWAYS got to KB3D first.

Parts arrived on time and in good condition. Decent selection of components to choose from. Website design can be a little confusing though, particularly when using a configurator to create a more complex build.

I ordered the TD-1 by Ajax and I was extremely happy that you guys offered a pre-order for this. This was great since this is limited production and sell out rather fast. I received my device and looks great and works perfectly. Shipping was fast, although the post office messed up and routed it to the wrong location, I was able to go to that location and pick it up rather than waiting for it to get delivered a lot later than the original estimated date. Thank you for a great experience.
