Awesome service. Needed a part that was missing on Christmas morning, few days later on my doorstep. Very responsive on the phone and they saved Christmas for my son. Definitely shopping on this site in the future.

Reached out as a shot in the dark looking for a part for my 9 year old's printer after struggling to get a response from the manufacturer. The part is on backorder everywhere I can find to look. Partsbuilt went above and beyond to assist, and sent the part from one of their models. Saved the day!

Jonah & Hannah are awesome.. the definition of customer service, even out of office and responding to emails and orders.. once again goto company for my printer parts, plus shipping is way more reasonable than other sites.

Partsbuilt 3d always have what i need. They are fast with delivery and always love opening my package and finding that handwritten note. I have been upgrading my 3d printers and I always go to them first.
