Thank you for your feedback regarding our prices and shipping costs.

We want to clarify that because we ship directly from Korea, our flat-rate shipping fee includes all duties and tariffs. While this may appear higher upfront compared to others, this model ensures you do not receive unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

We always strive to keep our flat rate as low as possible, and we also offer free shipping on all orders over $99 to provide better value. We hope you reconsider us in the future!
