Great company to deal with! Brandon has been incredibly helpful and made the start of our warehouse move run smoothly. The pricing was very competitive, the customer service has been excellent, and the driver was very friendly and professional.

Even though I accidentally messed the driver around because I forgot our pump truck, he was extremely understanding, patient, and happy to help. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I found KC Charles from an internet search and my query was handled by Patrick. The arranged collection of my cargo smoothly from Leeds and delivery the same in London. I went on and book a second job which was very professional. I had to pay a waiting charge which I had not been made aware of initially but it was just a matter of miscommunication at the collection which caused the delay. Other than that a very professional company.

They are efficient, flexible, reliable & competitive on price. Brandan has been super helpful throughout all of our bookings.

This is the second time to use theirs company to hire a 18ton truck for a return transportation of our equipment for an event. We booked our transportation via Brandan, was great communications throughout the booking process via email and phone calls. We have had no issues or delays with either booking pick up and even had a follow up call to ensure it all went smoothly.

The service has been incredible. Constant updates via calls and messages when I wasn't available.
