Will definitely use again if I need a truck in the future.

Had a last minute move sorted by Brandan and his team, everything went smoothly can highly reccomend.

First time customer, using K Charles on, to be honest, not the most simple of runs - in fact, it was a pain!
However, K Charles provided the absolute best service, communication and the driver was spot on.
We will definitely be using them again in the future!

first of all VICTOR FIGURSKI now this is a star if there ever is one over at K Charles haulage ltd. he personally took charge of my dilemma and saw it threw to the very end . after i was let down by a previous haulage company . one email and phone call and VICTOR went put of his way to make sure my load was delivered. from getting a driver to booking drop of at the port and even going above and beyond to liaise with the shipping company at the port . aspects of delivery of a container for shipping that i did not know about were solved even before they became an issue . K Charles Haulage ltd is the best that i have worked with so far and i will definitely be booking with them again , from the work put in by VICTOR FIGURSKI i can assure u that the rest of there team WILL be up to the task . just a pity that i cant rate them 10 stars cause they are deserving of it

Very helpful company, K Charles Halauge had my job booked in for a pick up and drop off sorted really quickly. The driver was super friendly also and picked my load up from a unit which wasnt very easy to access.

Our company needed a vital mechanical component brought from the Netherlands to the UK in an emergency. Peter and Suzanna dealt with us patiently and professionally, guiding us through what was required for the Customs clearance process. Communication was first class. The driver was polite and professional. Despite being in the Scottish Highlands (which we are often penalised for logistics-wise) the consignment was here in just under 72 hours from initial contact to delivery (even more impressive as this was over a weekend).

K Charles are a pleasure to deal with for our haulage needs from Glasgow to London. Peter is so helpful, along with all the admin staff. They keep us updated and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent rates and most importantly so reliable. Would highly recommend.

Very Helpful, swift responses and quick and easy collection from Ireland to UK.

There were some minor issues during the day however Brandan was more than helpful in rectifying these, even though he was not well. The move went well.
