Great service, great prices. Friendly, efficient drivers. Easy to book online. Recommended.

The most appalling company I’ve ever seen in my life! I paid for a skip via their website they contact me back on the day the skip was supposed to be delivered and told me they would not be delivering the skip because my address is Not of a cultural desire meant for their company. they have had trouble with my people before. I went on to explain the skips are five doors down from me and I have never had any disagreement with anyone in this company before but Glen persisted to tell me they will not be delivering skips anywhere near my location. I asked to speak to a member of staff above Glen and was refused.
Thankfully I Recorded the conversation between me and Glenn and I have taken legal advice regarding the The Equality Act 2010.

Skip there first thing on morning of delivery and went on afternoon of pick up date great service

Great service. When I realised that the skip I ordered would be too small the driver quickly arranged a replacement.

The skip was dropped off as requested, the drive placed it exactly where l needed it. After filling the skip over the weekend I called let the controller know the the skip was ready to go. Within half an hour it had been picked up. Brilliant service thanks.

The delivery driver was excellent. He managed to be able to get the skip onto our driveway which we didn’t think would be doable. Thank you :-)

Brilliant service, we're currently working on our garden and had 3 skips exchanged as and when requested with no delays. I contacted them for an extension on this last skip where they advised on cost for doing so, however I asked really nicely if they could waiver any additional charges given how much we'd spent and due to the adverse weather we've had recently is the reason we require the extension nd and KCM were happy to oblige. Perfect service to me 👍
