Great company, efficient and reliable

Great service and easy online skip booking process

Pricing is fine. Skip was delivered damaged, reported this as we have lost space for building waste but I was told it was ‘insignificant’ and I could have it changed out 4 days later but I couldn’t part fill the skip in the meantime or I would need to pay for a new one, they also said a ‘transport charge’ would be applicable. The skip was dented inward causing a portion of the skip to be unusable and there were 3 holes where it had rusted through which had caused some waste to leak out with the rain out onto my driveway.
After paying for an extra week rental, the scheduled collection day was 7th October and 2 days later they have still not collected it despite calls assuring me it would be taken away.
Overall a poor service for a 1st time customer.

Great service

Ward is a brilliant company. I use them at work and they are always 100% reliable and the drivers always friendly and professional so when I needed a skip for home they were my first choice and incidentally the best value too! Thank you.

Great product. Quick efficient service.

Booked online with a delivery date scheduled for a Saturday, paid for skip. Received a call at the end of the same day of booking informing me skip cannot be delivered till Monday/Tuesday. Too late for me to organise another company that day. Skip arrived Monday morning had to reload the skip from off the drive (twice the work). Received a call on Friday (4 days later) asking if they could collect. Skip was only half full and needed the weekend to get rid of garden waste etc. So was told it would be a Monday collection, they finally collected Wednesday. Polite people but poor website, don’t advertise and take money from customers if you cannot meet the obligation.

Your communication was excellent. The delivery driver was very helpful and well manerd which I found unusual these days. Which made ward company they only one that i will be using in the future. Thanks to all .

Very fast and handy for what i needed would use again in future

First time user of Wards and can happily recommend them to everyone. From the very helpful delivery driver, to the person responding very quickly to my email queries. Ordering online is a doddle and will be using them again

Brilliant service from start to finish!

I called WARD earlier today regarding scrapping my Astra and spoke to a lovely, very down-to-earth woman called Ebony. She was absolutely brilliant from the first conversation and took the time to thoroughly explain the whole process to me, answering all of my questions and making everything really clear and straightforward. Her friendly and genuine approach gave me the confidence to go ahead and commit to scrapping my car with WARD.

When I dropped the car off, the service continued to be just as efficient. Within around 10 minutes of leaving my car, Ebony had already called me to collect my bank details so she could get the payment sorted asap.

It’s honestly refreshing to deal with someone who is so friendly, helpful and on the ball. Ebony made what could have been a stressful process really easy and straightforward.
