Poor quality material like cheap gym gear uncomfortable and comes up really tight. Printing bad quality. Expensive so really disappointed. Won’t order mashtag merch again rip off.

Made an order and paid for next day delivery on the 30th of april its now the 4th of may and it still hasn't turned up, 0 response over my order, 1st and last order!

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way.
Your order was placed on the evening of 30th April at 7:47pm, after our courier collection had already gone for the day. It was then dispatched the very next working day at 12:41pm via DPD as you requested Ship to shop.
Unfortunately, this was over a bank holiday weekend, so any delivery delay after dispatch was with DPD rather than ourselves, as the parcel was shipped on time from our side.

Fitment with good looking designs

Got a 1/4 zip for Christmas and the zip has come off it. Been told nothing they can do. Not the quality or service I’d expect for a £65 item only lasting 4 months. Back to Ethika I go.

We did review this for you, but as the item was purchased around Christmas, it falls outside of our 14-day warranty period for manufacturing faults. After several months of wear, issues like this are typically classed as general wear and tear rather than a fault.
We appreciate the feedback and understand your frustration, but we’ve followed our policy on this occasion.
