Very happy with the bedside tables we purchased in Keens. Staff very helpful and delivery guys polite and careful with installation as always. Would highly recommend Keens.

A sofa was one of my biggest purchases after getting to the property ladder so I wanted to get it right and Keens could not have made it a better experience. Did a lot of research and visited many shops and ended up in Keens after a recommendation from a friend. Was met by super friendly that were there to help but were not pushy. Remembered you and your friends (who ended going with the same sofa!) when you went back. In the end I found exactly what I was looking for and while it was expensive, it was on par with other places I had visited. When I heard about having to wait 10-13 weeks for the sofa to be ready I was offered a loan sofa for free while I waited which arrived the next day, mindblown! My sofa arrived yesterday only after 7 or so weeks and the delivery guys again were so friendly, took the loan sofa, put together the new one and left with all the rubbish. Most importantly, I LOOOOVE my new sofa, thank you Keens!

Fantastic place, the staff are brilliant, extremely patient and super helpful and friendly, as well as professional.
As we (or the wife) wasn't sure as to what style of sofa etc would suit the house, help was on hand, and in abundance.
From Brian, Paul, Ricky (lee), and Susi,(apologies if the name is not correct), but everyone was fantastic, Brian you're a star, and fortunate to work with really beautiful people.
This place, Keens is the place to go, for not only quality, but style, up to date furniture, and a beyond service. As delivery is to everywhere they are able to get to. And free.

Great variety of stock at Keens to suit all budgets and tastes. Delivery was excellent delivered within the 2 hour window with a phone call 20 minutes before.
Lead time for our item of furniture was about 6 weeks.
Overall Keens offers an excellent range of furniture service is great and staff are very helpful and friendly.

From start to finish on my Purchase excellent communication staff really very helpful ,Bryan the sales Manager was excellent,kept me up to date as to when my Sofas would be in their premises, Valerie rang as to when this would be delivered first class ,and the delivery guys were really lovely ,so definitely would buy from this company again could not fault a thing and thank you

Web site made selection of item easy and staff on phone processed order well. Advice of delivery was clear and timely and delivery staff pleasant and careful with item. Would buy again.

Service that went above and beyond. Paul gave us an amazing experience furnishing our 3-bedroom apartment — an exercise that could have been complicated given we're not residents, but he made it easy from day one, guiding us through every piece of furniture for the three bedrooms, dining room, and living room. He then oversaw delivery of everything in our absence, and finished the project with fantastic touches — a rug, artwork, lamps, and plants — that pulled it all together. The apartment now looks like it belongs in a magazine. Thank you so much to Paul and the entire team!
