Feeling daunted about being given the heavy-handed sales approach yesterday when looking to buy a new/second-hand car yesterday, I was extremely pleasantly surprised, relieved and impressed with Jonny Saunders the salesman who kindly looked after me. He was completely approachable, laid back, friendly and informative, whilst not being at all “over the top, pushy, or in your face”. As a single woman I worried that I might feel bamboozled with “car-speak” or made to feel ignorant or stupid, but Jonny proved very much to the contrary. I would highly recommend Keith Motors to anyone. Plus for anyone who is worried about having the hard-sell, just ask for Jonny Saunders, he’ll look after you with professionalism mixed with friendliness and approachability assured.

Issues with price increase overnight, delivery, prep, extra charges, salesman Jonny and manager Justin.

Reading the claims on their website they sound great. My experience with the E63S they currently have for sale is far from that. They advertised the car for one price, and decided to act like a shoddy back street garage and raise the price by 0000's over night. More fool me, I liked it so decided to pay the extra. Morally and ethically not right IMO and this should have been enough for me to run a mile.

Then comes delivery which was discussed prior to deposit - was assured this could happen but the sales manager decided this wasn't something they would do.

They then claim to have added PPF to the car, which I had enquired about. But pictures received from there prior to purchase show this was already in place from a previous owner. This hasnt stopped them trying to charge me for it tho.

The dealership are obstructive in trying to purchase, god forbid you have an issue with something you buy here, I have no idea how they would resolve.

Do yourself a favour, take your hard earned money and go any where else but do not buy here.

Also please note, back discs are lipped. 3 of the four tyres are around the 4mm mark and as with all AMGs will need changing now to avoid ending up in a hedge.

To those who still deicide to deal with these cow boys, good luck. You will need it.

Never having bought a car on my own before having booted my husband out. Sam was very patient and informative answering my million questions and 2 months on is still answering my dumb questions. The service during and after has been outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone

Having decided to buy a new car a Ford Fiesta Mild Hybrid we decided to once again go too our favourite garage Keith Motors in Christchurch,we have always been impressed by there quality, service, costings, and the professionals who work hard too achieve the high standards at Keith's. The car we purchased was a new Ford Fiesta ST-line ED 1.0 125PS 5 door hatchback, mild Hybrid, in Freedom Blue. The car is stunning and it does what it say's on the tin. We were assured by Jon House that we would enjoy the car and how right he was it's a real joy to drive and our friends love it.

I have just purchased my 4th Ford Focus from Keith Motors at Christchurch...the quality of the cars just keeps improving and the professional and helpful service from Keith Motors is excellent as always.

The car was poorly prepared and areas I had pointed out prior to collection where not rectified as promised when I arrived to collect the car. Furthermore the dealership have not fixed these issues and left me out of pocket financially. Avoid at all costs

Just purchased a Ford Focus ST from Your Christchurch branch and had first class service from start to finish had regular updates through out nothing to much trouble. Would definitely use you again.

We picked up our new Ford Focus from Keith Motors in Christchurch yesterday. Our Sales Executive Sam Lawton was extremely helpful and helped us make the transaction easily. Due to the fact that our Ford Focus had developed a technical fault, we decided to book it in to Keith Motors at Christchurch for diagnostics in order to assess the problem. The booking service was very efficient and an email was sent as confirmation.
Having dropped the car off, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email which included a technician’s video of a free car health check which to be honest, was completely unexpected as I only thought that this was the practice of higher, ‘prestige’ car brands. I later received a call from Ross at the service desk who was very polite, professional and informative. Not only had the diagnosis traced and identified the fault, but another unrelated problem had also been located and rectified.
In all I have been delighted by my experience at Keith Motors in Christchurch. Excellent efficient service by both the workshop technicians (sorry I didn’t get the names) and of course by Ross on the service desk.

Our first ever dealings with Keith Motors in Christchurch occurred this week when we showed interest in a Used Ford Fiesta that we had located on their website. On visiting the Dealership we were looked after by one of the Salesmen who dealt with our enquiry in a polite, courteous, friendly and efficient manner. All questions raised on our part were answered with clarity and we signed an order after having a test drive. 4 days later we picked our new used car up and are so pleased with it. Thank you Keith Motors for most excellent service.

We would recommend Keith Motors for there good customer service and attention to detail, even when we had a glitch with our new car ( not there fault), could not have wished for better service.

Very bad, picked up my brand new ford focus making a deal with everything that i wanted they promised would have my spec in what i wanted and then when i picked up the motor i noticed things were missing.
I have since told keith motors they have missed some bits of the car and their reaction is oh well we can order some in for you can you can pay the extra.

after speaking with keith motors they have argeed to put the mudflaps on my car per original order.

I chose Keith Motors in Christchurch for my new Motability car, the Ford Galaxy, because from past experience their service was exemplary. Dave Hastings who is the Motability salesman is a real credit to the Motability scheme. He regularly kept me informed regarding the Covid situation & whenever I contacted him he was always very pleasant & courteous. I am very pleased with my new car & I will use Keith Motors again in the future.
