It was fine. Breakfast OK, lunch buffet fine, my guest a vegetarian got special attention. There was confusion over seating and the order was 'Sit where you like'!

I thought the service, staff and food were excellent. Would have been nice to have had a few other drinks options.

The area and seating were relaxed but stylish, pleasant and well maintained.

Great day out of Edgbaston hospitality! Can’t fault it.

Food and beverages: Excellent 👍 throughout the day. Well done! If I’m critical breakfast part could’ve been bit better.
On arrival: No information or directions to direct where to go. Had to ask several stewards before someone knew what to do with our tickets. Once we managed to get the wristband things got sorted.
There was no champagne though! Also there no bins to dispose rubbish. I presume that could for security reasons but there ought to be some information explaining what to do with the rubbish like coffee/tea cups, bananas skins etc.

This has become a pleasant tradition that my wife and I enjoy. It is our third Test Match visit. The hospitality right from breakfast through to afternoon tea is absolutely brilliant. We are already looking forward to returning in 2026.

Although we had paid for orange parking last year through KP, it was not on the ANPR system and there was a long, frustrating and embarrassing wait before we were admitted.
The food at the Warwick Suite was well below the standard of our previous bookings with KP at that venue. No cricket celeberity talked to the guests as has always happened before. Altogether a poor experience and we are seeking compensation.

I attended the Warwickshire Suite on the 1st day of the England India test match. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is breakfast should not have been only in a bun for a suggested Michelin star standard menu and alcohol should have been available well before 11am.

catering was subject to self service. the facility for serving food was inadequate for the no of diners and the plates available were laughable in size

Multiple Hospitality packages with variety of food options and entertainment.Definitely recommend for Premium hospitality experience in sporting and also other events.

We all had a wonderful day at the test match, well organised, great food , lovely atmosphere.

Everything about our edgbaston experience day was very good from the time we walked in to the end of the day this was the 1st time we have done this but it will not be the last service, food and staff 1st class well done to all.

The location and the hosting area was amazing and the band was a great touch. The food and drink were great too and the access to the balcony and seating area in the hosting space was really good.

Great seats, suite size and location excellent.

Food plentiful and enjoyable.

The high tables and chairs proved cramped and a tad unstable for some.

Overall service was excellent but the wine left a lot to be desired.

We had a great experience and really thank you for all the suggestions and help. I would sincerely like to thank Miss Sophie Watson for her immense help and guidance time to time. Due to her help our experience was sky high.

The quality of the hospitality offering was good overall although there were some issues. The lunch was buffet and a hot meal but there were insufficient tables to sit at to eat it at so people had to eat with a knife and fork stood up. The hospitality room was a good size and there was easily enough space for another 10-15 tall tables and chairs. Secondly, clearing of tables after eating was inadequate meaning some tables couldn’t be used as they were cluttered.

Excellent staff. Great menu. Spectating seats can't be closer than. Good location to view cricket. Very pleased and looking forward to visiting again

You guys were just fabulous it’s the best corporate event ever fabulous staff fabulous food and perhaps just too good fabulous drinks 👍👍👍👍

We attended the "Edgbaston Experience Club" (Premium) through Keith Prowse for the England vs India Test at Edgbaston. From when we first arrived onwards the experience was just fantastic. A real highlight was the food that we were served throughout the day... one comment from a guest was "this food has no right to be this good when you're cooking for this many guests - this is just incredible". Highlights were the Indian street food and the fish platter with two types of salmon, langoustines, prawns and mackerel and the curried cauliflower pies at tea. Oh and the Pimms cups were also very welcome!

The staff were great, the drinks were great and we all had a fantastic day. I would highly recommend to anyone either looking to "wow" a client or treat friends and family.

What a great experience overall!

We arrived at the Lawns to be greeted by smiles and happy staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble.
Lunch was superb as was the service. We missed the afternoon tea ( it conflicted with the tennis) so can’t comment on that.Our seating on Court 1 was excellent.
The Lawns was a little noisy but not too intrusive.
Our contact Sophie was excellent, she kept us informed and responded quickly and positively to any questions.
Overall somewhat expensive but as a special occasion well worth the money. I would book again.
