Klasisch, billiger danach Versand 6e. Lohn sich das nicht

Nike Vomero (Sonderangebot) bestellt, den Zoomx geliefert bekommen. Da ich die Versandkosten nicht doppelt zahlen wollte, habe ich die Schuhe behalten.
Dann wurde mir von Keller-Sport eine interne Mail gesendet, in der ich den Laden bewerten sollte. Die schlechten Bewertungen funktionieren aber nicht. Kein Wunder also, dass der Laden gute Bewertungen hat.
(Das genaue Bestelldatum weiß ich nicht mehr)

Bloß nichts dort kaufen! Ich warte auf mein Geld von einer Rücksendung habe die Bestätigung einer Gutschrift und das Geld kommt nicht auch. Paypal kann auch nicht weiter helfen da der Verkäufer mit Paypal kommuniziert, leider nicht mit mir! Die Hotline des Webshops ist ein Fake kein Mensch geht dort dran. Kein Mensch antwortet auf meine Mails! Hände weg!!!!

Ich habe eine Weste und ein Shirt am 12.11. via Paypal bestellt. In der Tracking no. (Post Nord) habe ich gesehen, dass die Sendung von Dänemark nach Deutschland Richtung Zielland Österreich gesendet worden. In Österreich wurde die Sendung vermeintlich von mir/Empfänger abgelehnt und wieder retour nach Dänemark geschickt. Auf Anfrage von mir an den Verkäufer was mit meiner Sendung los ist, bekam ich die Rückmeldung dass sie meine Rücklieferung bestätigen. Der Kauf wurde rückabgewickelt, Zahlungseingang auf mein Paypalkonto um 6€ weniger als der ursprüngliche Gesamtkaufpreis. Absolut unprofessionell und unseriös.

Der Versand ging schnell, aber leider kam der Artikel nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand an.

Die Schuhe sahen so aus als wären sie B-Ware oder schonmal getragen und retourniert.

Produkt Bilder waren abweichend vom Produkt. Konnte es zurückschicken, aber musste 7,50 Euro Versand trotzdem zahlen.

Der Schuh wurde zuhause auf der Terrasse getestet und dennoch als benutzt bewertet.

I bought a pair of shoes 6/2 2023, payment was redawn thes same day from my account. Due to wrong size I return the package and received an confirmation 23/2, that Kellers had received my package. They wrote that in 14 dayes I would have my money back.

After 3 mail to Kellers I haven't received my money. Neither have I had any response on my email.
No wonder, there is no phone number on their orderconfirmation or invoices. They don't want contact.

Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else and bye your things.

Very bad handling of returened goods - which where not worn at al and in the undamaged original packaging. They use TWINT in Switzerland but do not return the money if you return goods. Much unlicke other shop do without issue and delay does
Am chasing them since 2 months, only automatic replies or bad links.
Very bad webshop.

I recently bought Nike Metcon shoes. The right pair had a small defect but it was minor so I decided to keep the shoe. After wearing couple of times it started to show some deterioration. The black coating started to came off even more and the whole shoe top started to become white. I wrote an email to customer services twice about the issue with pictures attached proving the problem. Nobody wrote back to me. Even an apology… It was a really bad experience, so I decided to write here so that nobody goes through the same thing as I did. Don’t buy from them because the quality is not guaranteed.

Sache bestellt am 5.03.23 Bestätigung erhalten aber gar nichts geliefert bis jetzt äussern Mahnungen. Keller sports website nicht mehr erreichbar trotz Mails .Ich werde mich bei Kasse Sturz und Rechts Anwalt in der Schweiz helfen lassen.

And then this happened: I ordered one day before they shutted down their business operations. No reponse at all after that. I wonder that did they know that the very next day they are closing...However, I got my money back thanks to PayPal.

Ive bought a Nike pants at the end of February, I would like to return the pants but I dont know how to do because apparently the label of return is incomplete (thats what at the box office told me). EDIT: Keller Sports ist Insolvent - nach der Bestellung vom 02.04.2023 bekam ich Heute (07.03.2023) eine Mail mit der Bekanntmachung des o.a. Insolvenzverfahrens; kurz und knapp, bestehende Retouren können nicht ausbezahlt werden, höchstens am Ende des Verfahrens mit einer unbestimmten Quote. Das bedeutet, dass man als Käufer im Falle einer Retoure ggf. blöd da steht. So eine Mail sollte definitiv nicht erst Tage nach einer Bestellung kommen. Mich betrifft es nicht, aber für alle, die jetzt noch bestellen gilt Vorsicht!

Wir haben bei Keller Sports mehrere Artikel (Laufschuhe, Jogginghosen, Laufshirts) bestellt. Diese waren gerade im Ausverkauf. Nach der Versandbestätigung kam nie ein Paket an. Nur eine Nachricht, die Ware wurde erfolgreich zurückgegeben. Daraufhin haben wir uns gemeldet und nachgefragt, da wir die Artikel wollten - keine Gutschrift oder anderes. Die Antwort darauf war, Sie können nicht an Paketstationen liefern. Die Adresse ist unsere Adresse!!! Auf weitere Anfragen wurde nicht reagiert.

I ordered some Nike shoes, and I had to ask about a tracking number a few days after, because I hadn’t received it, or any confirmation that the package had been shipped, but the money was drawn from my account. Now 2 weeks later, I still haven’t received the package, and there is no update on the tracking number, since the day it was shipped. Customer service is not helpful, they can’t give any updates and are not willing to solve this.
Think twice before ordering at Keller sport.
