Do not buy anything from this scam company. I ordered a cute dress they bait people to buy and sent something completely different. It was a cheap nylon piece of crap that my grandmother wouldn't have worn. It looked nothing like what I ordered. I shipped it back to them, sent all proof of postal mailing and kept asking for my refund. They kept stalling and 5 months later still have no refund.

Absolute GARBAGE. Nothing like the photos on their website. I wouldn’t even cut this crap up for rags. Knit sweater wasn’t even knitted or a sweater. Denim jeans not made of denim just some cheap nylon with a digital print. I mistakenly thought that as the products were a little pricey that maybe I’d actually get something decent but all I got was scammed for even more. Wish I’d done some research on the company first. Buyer beware. Ought to be illegal. And good luck getting your money back. Just don’t buy from them.

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel- ich möchte die Ware zurücksenden - bereits 4 x urgiert aber ich bekomme keine Rückmeldung !
Wahrscheinlich wird darauf gewartet, dass die 14 Tagesfrist abgelaufen ist ! NIE wieder werde ich dort etwas bestellen .

Hacen fraude, tengan cuidado, compré dos articulos y enviaron otro de pésima calidad, del segundo no lo enviaron argumentado que no habia existencia en sus tiendas y no hicieron ningun comentario, hasta que reclamé el reembolso

Tienen una política de devolución, que implica mas gasto para el comprador, y con mensajes falsos a paypal logran no devolverte tu dinero

Es werden absichtlich irreführende Bilder von Ware eingestellt, die gar nicht versendet wird. Es scheint dicker Strickstoff zu sein, aber man erhält einen minderwertigen, billigen Polyesterstoff. Es wird eine Rücksendung absichtlich erschwert: Das angegebene Rücksendemanagement existiert von der dargestellten Vorgehensweise faktisch nicht. Man muss die Rücksendeadresse per E-Mail erfragen. Der Kundenservice hat stets zügig geantwortet.
Die Rücksendung wird nur übernommen, wenn ein Schaden an der Ware besteht. Da es sich um minderwertige Ware handelt, könnte man sie auch als schadhaft betrachten... Was ich dem Kundenservice auch schrieb. Dieser antwortete, dass sie grundsätzlich keine Versandkosten für internationale Pakete übernimmt.
Ein Paket mit Rückverfolgung nach China - von 1,8 kg - kostet 50 Euro. :-(
Ich hatte zum Glück über PayPal bezahlt und einen Fall wegen Betrugs und gefälschter Ware eröffnet und detaillierte Beschreibungen mit den entsprechenden Weblinks versehen - eine zeitaufwendige Angelegenheit, aber erfolgreich.
Ich erhielt bereits am nächsten Tag mein Geld vollumfänglich vom Verkäufer zurück!!!

I actually rate this company at 0 stars. This is a perfect example of false advertising. I’m so disappointed. Not only did it take over three weeks to reach me, which was not an “express delivery” as promised, but what I received was the grossest oversized shirt I’ve ever seen. You can imagine my disappointment after looking forward to the cutest knit sweater shown on the advertisement. Returning is impossible, seriously the most ridiculous process you have to pay for. DON’T BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Tracking looked like it was on its way then on 6th January the courier stated "Not with them"

Seller asked us to await an update, then later said refunds weren't possible during shipment.

Terrible customer service, pathetic product tracking.

Luckily PayPal refunded me.

Items received aren't even close to the items pictured on the website. A return policy is listed on the website but there is no way to actually activate a return. This website is a total scam and should not be allowed to continue operating.

Ne correspond pas du tout à la photo. C’est effectivement un mauvais tissus imprimé qui veut faire croire que c’est maillé ou brodé ; et c’est très mal coupé en plus, bref… importable !!! En fait vous ne recevez pas du tout ce qui est sur la photo. Je ne pensais pas que ça pouvait être aussi pourri et moche !!!

Eigentlich minus 10 Sterne. Ich wollte es auch nicht glauben, trotz der schlechten Bewertungen und jetzt habe ich eine Weste zuhause die nicht so aussieht wie abgebildet, nicht mal die Farbe passt, geschweige der Stoff. Retoure Button gibt es auch keinen in meinem Account. Wird ein teurer Putzfetzen. Es wäre so schön wenn man die abgebildete Weste wo ehrlich erwerben könnte.

The entire system is clearly structured not to resolve customer issues, but to retain the customer’s money at all costs.

This is without any doubt the worst store I have ever dealt with.

Kelouda is a criminal scam based in China. I ordered a sweater from them. They charged me $51.98 through Paypal. Tracking shows it only got as far as Los Angeles. I filed a complaint with the company. They tried to set me up with another company which would charge me $35 to find my order. They also said it had been delivered, but i never got a thing. What a scam. Stars should be absolutely 0. I would strongly suggest never ordering anything from any stores advertising on Facebook.

Wish that I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars! What a scam! I ordered what I thought would be an adorable Under the Sea ornament for my 7 year old. What I got was a photocopied scene in a cheap plastic bulb. I wasted $21.98 on this junk! They offered me a 15% refund, are you kidding me?? OR I could PAY to ship it back. Unbelievable.

The photos look nice, clearly edited, but the actual product is something horrible and does not match the photos at all.
I’ve had many deliveries from China before, but I have never received such deceptive junk.

It’s IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN the product — there is no “return item” option, even though it is stated that one exists.

I have already sent two complaint emails requesting a refund, and there has been zero response.
Customer support does not reply.

I strongly recommend staying away from this website.

Extremadamente mala, compré un pantalón y no se parece en NADA a la foto, se entiende que igual igual que en las fotos no va a ser porque siempre retocan algo de brillo o calidad de imagen, pero en este caso....extremadamente mal, es un pantalón completamente diferente en fin, no compréis porque además la política de devolución es horrible. NO COMPREIS,A mí ya me han estafado dinero , que no os lo hagan a vosotras

Terrible. The company sent me the wrong item. They wanted me to return it back to them at my cost which is based in China. The quality is also very low and what you’d expect if it was from Temu. At least Temu prices are fair. Do not use this company.

They advertise stuff enhanced with A.I.

Buyer receives Chinese junk that is Halloween quality shipped from Jerry (001) Yasfbara (Google that one for a shock) in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

When you receive your Halloween costume quality garbage and complain to the company, they tell you that you can ship it back to China, which will cost you about $50 in shipping via US Postal Service… And oh by the way when they get it back, they will deduct the shipping cost from them, sending it to you in the first place from your refund.

Your only hope for a refund is if you used PayPal or a good credit card that has your back.

Do not buy from these Chinese scammers.

I’ll give negative 5star if I could. Sent me a wrong item. Customer service won’t pay for shipping for returning fee to China. Do buy anything from them unless you want to “donate” them.

Je mets 1 mais ce serait une note de -200%. Mensonge à propos du chandail. En faux polar au lieu d’en laine avec supposément des roses superposées. Je n’ai jamais vu un chandail aussi laid à vrai dire
