I am chocked, more than chocked. I have ordered a very fine dress and received, yes you will believe I lie, but useless and ugly dress and fabric. How can a company do that, and feel god about it, shame on you.
I will get my money back in one or another way.

Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the company had sent the wrong dress. Naturally, I contacted Sdcts to resolve this issue, expecting a straightforward process to return the incorrect item and receive either a refund or the correct product.
Returns Process and Communication
Sdcts instructed me to return the dress; however, they insisted that I would be responsible for the shipping costs. This was disappointing, as the error was on their part. I engaged in several email exchanges with their customer service team, hoping for a resolution that would not require me to incur additional expenses for their mistake.
Despite multiple communications, their response remained unchanged: "Sorry, we don’t pay for shipping cost." This meant that in order to rectify their error, I would need to pay out of pocket to return the dress. Moreover, there was no assurance from Sdcts that I would receive a refund or the correct item once they received the return.
Professionalism and Customer Care
The handling of this situation by Sdcts fell short of basic standards of professionalism and customer care. When a company makes a mistake with an order, it is reasonable for the customer to expect the business to rectify the issue at no additional cost to them. By refusing to cover return shipping and failing to guarantee a refund or replacement, Sdcts has demonstrated a lack of regard for customer satisfaction and confidence.
Conclusion
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Sdcts for online shopping. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their error and the lack of professional courtesy in resolving the issue leaves much to be desired. Customers should be wary of the potential for additional costs and uncertainty when dealing with returns or disputes with this company.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This site sold me garbage. I bought a shirt that looks nothing like what was advertised on pinterest. This top looks like my 12 year old made it in home economics. Will never order something off pinterest again. Just got the longest most ridiculous return run around. Sticking to Amazon only for ordering

I purchased a hat and it didn’t look like the one in the picture. And then when I contacted them about it they said I’d have to pay to send it back. Piece of crap company! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

To send back the products they ask for huge amount, their return policy is not correct at all. And the products were so horrible that I put them in Garbage. Never again !! Don’t buy nothing from them, this website must be closed by the customers authority !!

I wish I could give a negative star. Duped! Quality is aweful and looks like the outfits are
home sewn. No proper labeling or brand and fabric is cheap elastain. The models should be ashamed for tricking people into thinking these affordable clothes look work worthy. I am so embarrassed that I allowed myself to fall for the garbage. I will stick to TJ Max, Marshall's, Burlington for affordable work apparel.

Don't Buy From This Company! It takes weeks to get your order and what you get is totally different from what you saw online. Their return policy is a joke. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

This company is dishonest, cheap and begger, they lie with there policy, they will send wrong item , customers will pay shipping $ 6:00 plus item price, . When customer request to return the wrong item, the company will start begging and bargening with % refund, they are fraud, dishonest. DO NOT BUY ANTHING from them.

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful beaded summer dress and what I received was a cheap dress that had no beads and looked nothing like the dress I thought I was getting. This place is a total scam.

Not recieved what ordered,some thing different and cheap sent to me.emailed them about return/ refund no response.

Ich habe einen anderen Artikel erhalten als bestellt. Es war zwar eine Jacke, aber Stoff, Schnitt, Knöpfe, Farbe - alles anders!
Ihre Aussage dazu: "We offer the same product, some differences are normal."
Some differentces ist in diesem Zusammenhang ein Witz! Eine Rücksendeticket wurde mir verweigert. Ich soll die Jacke auf eigene Kosten zurück senden oder mich mit 30% Rabatt abfinden. Aber eigene Kosten werde ich in dieses chinesische Unternehmen nicht mehr riskieren und was soll ich mit einer Jacke die weder passt noch gefällt.
Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

What I got is a nothing like what I ordered. It a scam. It's a low quality shirt with a picture of the pattern of what I ordered in front. No lace, no ruffles. It's a peice of 💩. I could of gotten better on Tumi and their clothes have a lot to be desired.

This site is aboustly disgusting how they can sell something like these dresses I received! THEY looked beautiful in the pics with embroidered roses ...gorgeous! When I received my package I was so taken back by the trash that I got!
AND NOW THEY DO NOT GET BACK TO YOU ON A RETURN ADDRESS!!

The dress was poor quality, bore a vague resemblance to the one advertised. Total waste of money. Wouldn't even give then 1 star in reality.

Is there an option of -500 rating, this site will get it! Nothing like what they show in photos and when you want to return it, you have to post to somewhere in China!! Save yourself time effort and money and do not get annyy thing .

Gekommen ist ein schlimmer Lappen der nur in den Müll wandert, nicht vergleichbar, nicht mal annähernd Ähnlichkeit mit dem Foto.
Bild geklaut und billig nachgemacht, für mich ist das Betrug.

Ordered a very nice pair of shorts online 31.00 but when the package arrived they were the wrong ones and as cheap as you can get from China . I threw them in the bin , scam company

I knew I was taking a chance with this unknown store, but I really liked the shorts they had pictured. I should have known better. The clothes that came a month later were made of the cheapest material and didn't look anything like their image. When I tried to return them, I got no response at all and I also realized that, according to their policy, I had to return them within 15 days, which wasn't even possible. They are a scam and they got my money.
