I am so sorry that I didnât read the reviews before I ordered. This is a terrible company selling sub standard products. I ordered a wooden coat rack, it arrived nothing like the picture or description. The wood was frayed at the ends of the hooks and the hooks were stuck on out of alignment. When I raised this with them they stated this was acceptable as a hand crafted item! Getting a refund is impossible and they donât want to replace it because they know all their products are equally poorly made.
How is this company still able to trade?

Absolutely horrendous, I ordered a door knob and an LED light for my granddaughterâs birthday, just beautiful on the obviously stolen photographs, what arrived this Saturday, was a cheap door knob with a paper picture of a carnation inside, I had ordered a letter I in the resin light up lamp, what arrived was the letter L with the ugliest flowers inside and very visible wires and the lights never worked. This cost me £50 with postage and packaging and I had nothing to give my granddaughter. I immediately email the company, on their supposed 24 hour hotline and I am yet to receive a reply. Please do not waste your money on this scam of a company. I only wish I had checked the reviews first I do intend to take this further quoting the consumer rights act.

I ordered the âsilkâ hydrangeas through Pinterest. I mistakenly thought that a company that was on Pinterest sold quality products. I paid almost $100 for these hydrangeas and they donât look even close to how they look in the picture. Some of the pedals fell off in the shipping. They donât even look real. Based on the reviews, I have a feeling that Iâm screwed. I shouldâve (like I usually do) read the reviews before purchasing; lesson learned.

I ordered a starburst clock. On the advert it looked stunning. However it arrived as a self assembly kit with straws and glue-gunned jems that my 5 year old could have done better. One assembled the pieces fell out. Absolutely awful. This is a company that has a glossy web page but the products are awful.
