My dog house was delivered and built on site when promised. Kennelstore offer a very friendly and helpful service and I would recommend them to anyone who's thinking of purchasing a pet house/kennel.

The three extra panels that were recently ordered to complete a 5 metre by 6 metre tortoise pen to keep my dog from eating their food! The original panels were used as a puppy pen and were very useful as you can move them around. They have been outside in all weather for nearly seven years now and look as good as the new panels

Kennel turned up on date ordered and installers were on time as promised. No problems there. Couple of design and finishing issues with the kennel. Both fascias slope inwards making installation of rainwater guttering a problem, particularly with lack of sufficient overhang of roof covering. The 'insulated' sleeping area has a significant gap at the wall junctions. This will allow wind to whistle through in the colder weather which is not desirable. Why insulated the walls, door etc and leave the roof area bare. Seems a lost opportunity.

Fantastic customer service, lads who installed were great and it looks fabulous. Good quality, only thing would have been perfect would be the roof to hangover more less rain to get in through wired area. Had to put up perspex other than that highly recommend

Kennelstore were extremely helpful throughout the whole process from placing delivery, liaising of installation dates and ultimately installing the Kennel. The guys that installed were extremely polite and professional and the kennel was up and running in quickly with minimum disruption. I would highly recommend if looking for a good quality, strong and smart looking kennel.

Ordered a panel for delivery 31:3 - 1:4. Needed urgently for Easter. Nothing still arrived a week on. Courier giving different reasons and company won’t use another courier. We’ve had to chase for updates. Hopefully refund much faster.

Due to customisation of the panel we expected 3-4 weeks delivery time but it arrived within a week.

Kennel store provided good advice on my purchase of galvanised steel kennel panels. The phone was answered quickly by someone who was able to help me. The delivery came promptly. The man who delivered it was helpful. The panels were easy to assemble. Very good value for money.

Buy with confidence from Kennelstore. Robust product, really well made. The joy of seamless ordering and delivery, this is a professional team and I would highly recommend them.

This is my third purchase of the Trojan dog beds over the last 5 years. They are well worth the investment as they are the strongest fabric I've found for our Doberman who loves to destroy beds.
Staff called me to double check on the colour choice before sending out. Great service and great product.
