if you win a jackpot, they will send a cheque in the mail. its 2K for f@#k sake. Keno has made billions of dollars and do not update their hardware. WTF.
Don't play this game.

I was depositing around 30 to 40 dollars each time. Would get an occasional win but nothing to write home about. In the end all these small deposits totalled nearly 2 thousand dollars and nothing to show for it. Be very wary 🫤

100% scam . System picks up numbers around your numbers so that one play more games. It’s not live platform , it’s monitored AI thing. If they win everything 500k , they pay 1k in bonus . It’s Chinese shit scam

I played a game and put on a few $1 of tickets on with 10 numbers and didn’t even win a thing . All numbers went around my numbers even though I had half of them 🤷‍♀️ play the real keno as this one should be banned !!!!!!

Improve by allowing people to actually have a win occasionally and make keno the way it use to be fair play not this crap that it is these days absolute garbage I have been playing for a lot of years and must say this is a disgrace to say the least

SCAM!!!! AVOID!!!! Says randomly selected numbers nah BS! It calculates the numbers picked and draws around it,not random at all FU#KING SCAM
Also says bonus games or dollars or whatever never pays!!!

Total scam . Every time time you leave it till 5 seconds to purchase ticket then go straight to live draw to timer jumps back to 25 seconds. Obviously so it’s got time not to pick your numbers. So definitely not all live as it’s meant to be and you will always only get two or three numbers but always picks the number next to the numbers you picked .

You can select the HOT numbers and not a single one comes up until you've done your money. the numbers that appear are all around the ones you select and just before the game ends you might get 1 or 2 of yours but its rigged to take your money!!

This is a 100% ID fishing scam. I just went through the process of setting up an account, legitimately with the correct info when it said I failed their ID test and I needed to upload my passport or Driver's license or Gov ID. There would be no valid reason for this, everything was in order. I then spoke to Customer Service who just kept repeating I failed their test, but they would not answer my questions and insisted I upload my Passport etc etc. When I told the guy I'm not doing that he got angry said BYE and hung up. This is not how a professional company works and very few companies will ever need your Passport if you are about to spend money with them. Something is VERY wrong with Keno.com.au BEWARE and don't give them your ID, god knows what will happen if you do. Look for a professional company happy to service you, not the other way around.

Keno go is absolutely an app to take your money. I have played and numerous games including 1 to 3 numbers have never won even 1/4 of what I spent.

I have had a good experience on this site , only been playing for 3 weeks had some small wins $117 the highest , tried the withdrawal option as have had problems with other sites ,so wanted to check this out. Before I played alot
Very happy paid win out and got the money in my bank within 2 hrs ,I have had lit of smaller wins I really like this site and give it 10/10

Amazing happy to take your money but hard to withdraw, verified account and contact RUDE customer service via email and yet not resolved.

The website freezing mid draw several times 🤔 or right after the ticket is purchased doesn't give me alot of trust in this game/app. I have used it 5 times and the same thing each time.

Keno is a scam, there random draw generator draws numbers not played by players. So for instance you play 3 it will draw 4 and so on.

Used to get some good wins, but since Keno went away from TAB, I cant win a thing, cant even get 2 out of 2 🙄. Also I’ve got to wait for my winnings to go into my bank the following day, it used to go in a few hour’s later ( thats if you have a win). Very disappointing. Might just switch to Keno Go 😔

Do not use this website they are scammers and stealing ID and information. I used it to try their service and the web app wasn’t working.

They steal your ID and retain it for 7 years. It’s disgusting abuse of consumer data rights. They’re an overseas business fishing, so don’t buy into it. You won’t win anything. And their ID verification is fraudulent.
