I made a payment of over €4,000 for servers that was not delivered. They told me that they didn't have the product in stock after I paid, and now, when I ask for the refund, it's impossible to reach them. They don't answer my emails or my phone calls.

Don't buy from this company. I was stupid enough to make a bank transfer to this company. If you try to make card payments, the bank will decline the purchases. Just so you know, you can't trust this company. It's a one-person army, and this person, Lucas, is not serious. Don't buy from them.

Kentino provided a smooth experience from order to delivery. The product arrived in good condition and it's been running fine since. The only downside was the shipping time but they were transparent about it from the start
