Technieker sprak enkel Frans, dus communicatie verliep via google translate (helaas is mijn Frans niet goed genoeg voor technische termen te bespreken), gaf duidelijk aan me de dag erna te contacteren over de prijs van eventuele wisselstukken en of er zelfs nog wisselstukken te verkrijgen waren. Niks meer van gehoord, en toen ik zelf contact opnam met we repair was mijn machine blijkbaar onherstelbaar, wat ook wel leuk zou geweest zijn moesten ze dat aan mij laten weten hebben. Dus voor mij een grote flop qua professionaliteit en communicatie, absoluut geen aanrader

Technician gouged me $390 for 20 minutes to install a $45 part.

I complained to the dispatch service (Appliance Repair Men - they function like an Angie's.)

Dispatch service contacted WE REPAIR, explained my complaint, and told me WE REPAIR would refund me $100. So far, NADA. I have filed a complaint with Visa card services.

This guy was unprofessional . . . took a 20" dump at my house on the diagnostic call. I should have realized then and there that this was a skanky operation.

I recently used we.repair to fix my dishwasher. The technician came and proposed replacing the dishwasher relay. A few days later, we received a message stating that the cost would exceed €300. We decided to proceed with the repair because we felt uncomfortable discarding a device that could likely be fixed, thereby increasing environmental impact.
When the technician returned, he spent approximately 20 minutes replacing the relay. He appeared to be in a hurry and did not wait to verify whether the machine was functioning properly. He received the payment and left. A few minutes later, the dishwasher displayed the same error message as before the repair.
I contacted the technician, who stated that the control board probably needed replacement and that this would be very expensive, making the repair not worth the cost. He said he would speak with his supervisor. Later, the supervisor called my wife and said he would contact Miele, and so on.
In short, I am very disappointed with we.repair. Not only did they fail to correctly diagnose the problem—despite charging €69 for this—but they also placed us in a costly cycle of ineffective repairs. They were paid despite not resolving the issue. Furthermore, there was inconsistent communication between the technician, who suggested possible reimbursement, and the supervisor, who focused on escalating the issue rather than resolving it.
As a result, I will not use we.repair again and will likely reconsider repairing household appliances in the future. Instead, I may opt for a low-cost electric devide and discard it when it fails.
Even though I am an academic specializing in sustainability and services, I will never trust this repair system again. It was an expensive failure for me, but at least I now have stories to share with my management students.

Zeer vlotte service. Wasmachine ging stuk vorige week en was was binnen 2 dagen al weer gemaakt door hen. Zeer vriendelijk en vakkundig. Een aanrader.
