Quick despatch and well packaged - thanks.

First time customer, ordered 2 kits I had been looking for got such friendly, fast and professional service I'm amazed to find such a thing still exists in this world.
They shipped my order the same day and it arrived to Finland in only 3 days which is amazing, customs and postal office took one more day and I had my kits perfectly intact.

Excellent service. Good and clear website with a range of unusual products. One of my top choices for future kits.

I am a return customer of Kent Models and I placed an order on Thursday, 29th of May 2025 before 1300 (Hasegawa Honda XLR Baja 1/12). The item I had ordered CLEARLY stated that this was in stock!

On Friday, I received an email from Kent Models apologising that the said kit was not in stock and did I want something else? This was sent to me in such a blasé manner I had to reread the email! The email was so nonchalant that it did not appear as if they cared nor bothered in the slightest that the customer had been majorly inconvenienced!

As a result of this poor and unacceptable failure, Kent Models then effectively were then in the position of holding my funds for the entire weekend as the refund would not be processed until the next working day. This is utterly disgusting and very bad business practice, if they are unable to monitor livestock levels, this is not my problem as a customer! If I see an item in stock, I expect that to be the case. In fact, proper business practice should have been that the issue was spotted on the day I ordered the item, not the day after.

I made my feelings quite clear to Kent Models! I will NOT be placing any further orders with them. In fact, I would thoroughly recommend avoiding them. That is unless you have the time to call them to check if they have the item in stock!

Pathetic on every single level for an online retailer. As is always the case in bad customer service, it’s the client that suffers, in this case, my funds being held by them for the entirety of the weekend when this could have easily been avoided, if they had an idea how to run an online business!

Avoid at all costs and take your business elsewhere, I will be!

Just received my first order from Kent Models and it probably won't be the last. Easy to use site, great range that seems to be up to date with some attractive discounts. Delivery was awesome, not expensive and as promised quick. The packing is obviously done with great care and in itself represents fantastic value. Super pleased.

At first I got the parcel I was not impressed but once I opened it and started to have a look at the parts it was fine I thought they sent me the wrong decals but looking further into the parcel everything was there I have started building the pinball and it looks amazing so far, very detailed to say least , well done from me

I could not recommend kent models enough to anybody. Their customer service is top tier and could not have been more helpful than they were. I placed an order with them over the Easter weekend after I saw a post on their social media page, with a new offering of models. I ordered the wrong one by mistake. I contacted them via email and once back to work, they swapped the models for me with the one I should have ordered first time around, and I just paid the difference. And it still arrived the next day. Fantastic service.
