We recently relocated our office to Storage King and couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we moved in, the staff have been incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The facility strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and comfort—working here feels almost like being at home. The premises are spotless, well-maintained, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in their work environment. Whenever we need anything, the staff are more than happy to assist. Choosing Storage King as our place of work was an excellent decision, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

24hr access and easy to use. Hannah was very helpful and explained the process well, I can highly recommend.

Excellent customer service , was shown several units as wasn’t sure on sizes and nothing was to much trouble . Very clean , 24 hour access , enough parking and well lit at night.

Kentspace are a very well organised storage facility,managed by very polite staff. On my 1st introduction and tour of the building it gave me an opportunity to choose a unit suitable for my needs. 24/7 access with my own secure passcode was never a problem and trollies were free to use
to transport goods. Excellent lift close to designated parking was very useful. My own personal experience of using kentspace was excellent in every way including price. I would highly recommend if you are looking for storage look at kentspace. Many thanks to all the friendly staff Regards Antony Wickham.

I visit Kent Space (Chatham) after having a bad experience with a previous storage company.
When I explained my situation they were very helpful and explained what was available and proceeded to show me the availability on the units they had, I was pleasantly surprised that the unit I chose was larger and a fair bit cheaper and best of all you pay monthly in advance only 12 times within your rental year unlike other storage companies that charge you every 4 weeks meaning you pay 13 times within your year at extortionate rates. I highly honestly recommend Kent Storage (Chatham) and speak with Hannah a very professional lady who knows the industry very well. 🙂

I found staff very courteous and helpful. They guided me well and found the place very clean and easy to access. Would highly recommend if anyone looking for good storage place with top class staff to help. Best wishes

Absolutely first class service. Anita, in particular, went above and beyond when I urgently needed an extra unit the day I moved - she made it happen and took away some of the stress I was feeling.

I rented a space in the Lordswood site. I left everything to the last minute and they were very speedy and flexible. The process was simple and the prices competitive. Even the closing process was simple, there were no hidden costs and they even fixed it so I wouldn’t lose my discounted price. It’s refreshing to get a company that doesn’t tie to to a long contract just to get as much money as they can out if you. I would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them to friends and family.

I have used this facility before, 11 years ago, and needed some storage space again.
Did a quote online and sent it off. Couldn't get my head around the actual size so called in and was helped by a lovely receptionist.
She showed me the size of the unit and I agreed to take it.
Could not have been treated better, thanks again.
