Jackie was so helpful and accomodating . The app to use your storage facility is so easy to use and our belonging feel safe and secure. Nothing is too much trouble and help is always on hand if you need it. Storage facility is clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them. Jackie is a credit to the company

Vicki and Jacqui are fabulous, they have made us so welcome since we moved in. They are always smiling and happy. I recommended the offices to a friend whose company was looking to move- Their company is also here now.

From our original enquiry speaking to Vicki the manager, to our many dealings with Jacqui the assistant manager, everything went very smoothly and hassle free. The storage facility at Ebbsfleet is run professionally and you can access your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via an easy to use app on your phone. Jacqui made the whole process very easy and she is so friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

My experience with both Vicki and Jacqui was great from the outset. They were both warm and friendly with nothing being too much trouble.
The unit I had was on the ground floor for ease of access. It was very secure and despite my furniture being in storage for over a year, there was no damage to it.
Access was done on my mobile phone and despite me not being a technophobe I managed really well. Any technical issues were relayed to me via email and resolved as quickly as possible without affecting my 24/7 access.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kent Storage Space to friends and family.

My partner and I were greeted by the lovely lady at front desk and she walked us through paperwork, safety procedures and the space so swiftly. The space is connected to an app, which you can use to gain access to everything from your storage unit to the gate. Excellent!
