Poor quality leather and hardware.
The leather has wrinkled and separated already as seen when unpackaged. Buckles have started to peel and degrade. This is as bought new and never used.
Can provide photos.

Nicht mal ein Stern wert, katastrophaler Service, ich bekomme eine Bestellung doppelt, zahle fast 20 Euro für die Retoure nach Belgien und dann soll ich noch die Versandkosten bezahlen.

Per Email hat keiner reagiert, die Seite hing als ich die Bestellung aufgegeben habe und ich wollte eine stornieren, keine Chance.

Wirklich unmöglich.

Nachtrag, die beiden Versandkosten wurden erstattet.

J'ai acheté plusieurs produits Kentucky, séduite par leur look. Au final je suis très déçue de la qualité des produits achetés en proportion du prix demandé. D'autres marques similaires sur ce type de tarifs proposent une qualité clairement supérieure. Par exemple pas de vrai cuir, mais au tarif de ce dernier, ok si la qualité est au rdv, mais ces cuirs craquent et s'abîment très vite. Les boucleries s'usent. Un licol et sa longe d'un très beau jaune moutarde sont six mois plus tard complètement délavés, et la plaque métallique sur le côté s'est détachée, bref c'est une épave malgré une utilisation régulière mais soigneuse. Très déçue globalement.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the lack of customer service I have encountered in my recent experience with your company. I purchased a girth cover, believing I was dealing with a UK-based website, and was taken aback to discover that your operations are actually based in Belgium.

Upon receiving the item, I found it was not fit for purpose and proceeded to initiate a return. After approximately twenty minutes of navigating your convoluted website, I was shocked to learn that I would be responsible for returning the item to Belgium at my own expense. I complied and returned the item, only to find out afterward that it was stuck in customs, and I am being asked to pay an additional 50 euros for clearance. This situation has become unacceptable, and I refuse to bear these extra costs under these circumstances.

Additionally, I have reached out to your customer service team for assistance, but unfortunately, I found them unhelpful and unable to provide any solutions to my predicament. This entire experience has been nothing short of horrendous, resulting in lost time and money with no resolution in sight. It is disheartening to feel like my concerns as a customer are not being addressed.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your processes to prevent such unfortunate experiences from happening to other customers in the future.

Commande passée le 17/12/25 avec l’option de livraison express, pensant la recevoir sans souci avant Noël.
À ce jour, le 23/12, le colis n’a toujours pas été expédié.
J’ai contacté le service client le 19/12, on m’a indiqué qu’ils allaient vérifier la commande et revenir vers moi rapidement, mais depuis, aucun retour.
Situation décevante au vu du délai et du choix de la livraison express.
Leçon : prenez vous bien à l'avance..

Edit 26/12 : toujours pas de colis ni de réponse du service client.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, it has still not been filled. The company has made no effort to reply regarding the order despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Will never buy from them again awful customer service and extra fees when sending it back they don’t make you aware of and still have no refund or my purchase back!

The worst customer service ever, I ordered an item from their direct website instead of one of the UK based resellers. I bought the wrong item and they are making it impossible to return, the communication is dire! Whilst I love their products I will not buy another out of principle, eventually they will get the message as they upset more of their customers.

Kentucky horsewear is by far my favorite brand. Love the classic and timeless styles. Interchangeable liners and matching sets. The quality it fantastic.

21 september een bestelling gedaan, tot op heden geen enkele reacties op mijn mail met de vraag wanneer mijn pakket verstuurd gaat worden.
Indien dit een nep site is waar mee geadverteerd word zou je toch verwachten dat kentucky er alles aan zou doen om deze te lauren verwijderen. Ik ontvang graag reactie, dan kan ik mijn geld via de creditcard terug ontvangen

Ik had een rubberen emmer gekocht voor in de stal en deze was de volgende dag al in huis. Prima geleverd!

Op 13/08 bij jullie (Kentucky Sale shop) bestelling geplaats. Deze reeds betaald en hiervan ontvangstbewijs ontvangen. Nadien niets meer gehoord over mijn bestelling. Nog steeds geen pakket ontvangen. Meerdere mails gestuurd, geen reactie gekregen! Zeer spijtige zaak!

I don't understand the negative reviews for Kentucky horsewear, I have purchased over 20 items from this brand, rugs, horse boots, halters etc, I am obsessed, the quality is fantastic and I have had excellent customer service from This company. They really set the standard in innovative horsewear.

The product had multiples unstitched seams. Probably Chinese production, which makes the price far too high

I ordered a Kentucky Neck for my daughter’s ponies turnout rug. It was apparently delivered by FedEx and sign for by “A.Scott” It hasn’t been received by us or any of our neighbours. I tried contacting FedEx but they wont talk or respond to me and will only discuss the matter with the shipper. I have emailed Kentucky a week ago and had no reply. I cannot find a telephone number anywhere online for Kentucky in the Uk so can’t get any help. We have hundreds of pounds of Kentucky rugs and saddle pads but with this terrible service we wont be buying anymore. Don’t bother with Kentucky, they have great products but don't care at all about their customers. We are £70 out of pocket and no one wants to help.

Waren im Loop 5 ...im Kentucky friend. Bestellt und 30 min.gewartet dann auf Nachfrage wurde alles in eine Box geschmissen....nicht das was wir wollten und zu wenig...nie wieder 😞

habe 2 Hundemäntel bestellt einer davon ist zu groß
erhalte keine Antwort vom Kundenservice wegen Rücksendung nach mehreren Mails wegen Widerrufsrecht

Commande passée pendant le Black Friday, livrée en temps. C'est un cadeau pour Noël, un harnais et une laisse pour le chien.
Sauf que le harnais est trop grand. Donc on souhaite faire un échange. Pas moyen de se reconnecter au site !! Après plusieurs demande pour obtenir un nouveau mot de passe : rien !! On finit par écrire un mail au service client, en expliquant que l'on veut faire un échange. Ils nous répondent après plusieurs jours : de renvoyer ( à nos frais : 18,45 euros puisqu'ils sont à l'étranger !!), le harnais et de préciser sur une feuille le numéro de commande et que l'on veut un échange. Après plus 2 semaines, toujours pas de harnais, on renvoie un mail : pas réponse, et une semaine après un remboursement de 13.75 sur le compte, seulement 13.75 !! alors que le harnais vaut 49 euros !!. Je regarde sur le site et je vois que le harnais est en rupture, alors que quand j'ai demandé l'échange, il était dispo.
Quand ma fille a passé la commande, elle a eu une remise, certes, mais là, ils ont déduit toute la remise qu'elle avait eu du montant du remboursement du Harnais !!!! Ils n'ont pas fait de prorata !!! Je regrette bien d'avoir renvoyé celui qui était trop grand !! on a tout perdu !!!
Donc maintenant on n'a pas de harnais et on a perdu 5 euros en renvoyant l'autre ! Ca fait chère la laisse !! juste la laisse du coup !! Une vraie Arnaque !
Service après vente NUL !! Suivi : NUL !! La dernière réponse que l'on a eu à notre dernier mail : Ils sont débordés et n'ont pas le temps de nous répondre !!!!!! Et toujours pas moyen de se connecter : c'est pas grave, on ne repassera jamais commande chez eux !!!!

Sehr schade, seit einem Monat keine Antwort. Paket wurde angeblich geliefert, allerdings befindet sich darin nur eine Decke, zeigt auch eindeutig die Gramm Zahl des Pakets an, dass dort nicht die gesamten Produkte drin sein können.
Chat, katastrophal. Email Kontakt ebenfalls, wobei da nie eine Rückmeldung kommt selbst nach mehreren Mails.

Geld soll natürlich schon längst gezahlt werden.
Nie so einen schlechten Service erlebt obwohl ich großer Fan der Marke bin!!!
Sachen somit nicht erhalten bis auf eine Decke!!! Gekauft habe ich 11 Artikel, angekommen nur einer!

Zeer duur materiaal van enorm slechte kwaliteit. Meerdere dekens van meerdere paarden gaan telkens stuk na 2-3 weken. Ook de rits van de fleecenek was kapot na enkele dagen. Prijs-kwaliteit komt het helemaal niet overeen.
