J’ai passé une commande dimanche pour des Moonboots marron pour un prix de 36,25€+ les frais de livraison de 9,99€. Mon compte a été débité mais aucune nouvelle de ma commande.
Juste un mail suite à la commande m’indiquant que « ma commande est confirmée et qu’elle sera bientôt livrée. Sammy est en train d’emballer ma commande….. ». J’envoie des mails au service client mais aux abonnés absents. Pas de numéro de téléphone pour les contacter… Très compliqué.
J’aimerais savoir où est ma commande et si je vais la recevoir. En attendant, vous avez débité mon compte….
J’aimerais un retour de votre part, un contact, du moins un signe suite à mes mails…

Renvoi d'un colis, frais de port 19 euros pour une ceinture c'est vraiment cher! Plus 10 euros de frais de livraison...
Pour un ceinture à 40 euros...
Je ne commanderai plus ce site.

Super quality and good service support.

Nog geen 2 weken geleden een kentucky vliegenmasker besteld. Zag er super mooi uit. De rits zinde me eigenlijk al niet maar ach toch maar op gedaan. Na een week stak er al een pen uit in zijn hals. Deze week werkt de rits niet goed. En vandaag door de druk knoop een wond. Dus dat ding kan de prullenbak in. Waardeloze troep voor die prijs. Nee ik heb geen contact opgenomen met afdeling verkoop. Ik kan nergens mijn bestel gegevens terugvinden

Still not interested at all, haven’t actually registered my complaint properly and have ridded themselves of all responsibility. The customer service I have received is truly appalling. Luckily I got a refund from the original store and they were super, but this still doesn’t change the pain and discomfort this needlessly caused my horse.

Purchased a fly mask, seemed to fit fine as had these kind of masks before, but it absolutely rubbed my horse raw in less than 2 days that he was wearing it! I’ve never had this issue before with any other brand.

Contacted them and they were absolutely not interested, had to chase them about 6 times for a response to every email, offered to send me a CHEAPER fly mask to replace their defective one and when I said this wasn’t good enough they responded that there’s nothing wrong with the current one and it can still be sold!!! It’s covered in blood!

I have asked to escalate this but Kentucky horsewear have clearly ditched all customer service and clearly do not care, tried to said it’s because my horse was sweating and that caused the rubs, but in 20° heat a bloody fly mask should be fit for purpose to begin with!

Absolutely appalled. Will never ever be using again. Will be telling everyone how awful this company has become, does not give a toss about their products and how they affect horses just all about making money

U betaald net iets meer voor dit merk maar u krijgt meer dan goede kwaliteit in de plaats terug.
Ik heb zowel honden als paarden producten en hiervan ben ik zeer tevreden.
Na het rijden met een zadeldoek lijkt het zadeldoek nog steeds nieuw.
Dit is 1 van mijn favoriete merken.

Hey, ordered two items. A saddle pad and front boots. A saddle pad is wonderful. Absolutely love it. The delivery was fast, just 2 days. BUT! In the package was just a saddle pad. No one is answering on the email.

Beautiful Dy'On riding jacket. Size was wrong from the Dy'On website, however the return process was seamless and I received the right jacket in due time.

Amazing quality on the product.I came super fast and it was super easy to communicate with the staff!

Je recherchais un nouveau harnais pour ma chienne car celui que j'avais faisait des frottements au niveau de son ventre et lui faisait perdre ses poils. Je suis tombée sur le site Kentucky, sur lequel j'ai commandé le harnais pour chien Active Velvet. Je l'ai reçu rapidement et je suis très heureuse de la qualité du produit. Ma chienne a l'air plus à l'aise, et petit bonus j'ai l'impression qu'elle tire moins en laisse qu'avec l'ancien ! J'attends de voir sur le long terme pour ses pertes de poils mais je suis très satisfaite du produit et du service.

Au bout d'une semaine, je n'avais pas de nouvelles de ma commande. Il a fallu que j'envoie un message sur messenger puis ensuite par mail pour savoir où était ma commande. Puis ensuite, la commande est partie. Qu'il y est du retard, je peux comprendre. Mais c'est de ne pas avoir d'info concernant cette commande qui m'a génè.

Achtung, unseriöser Kundenservice. Habe eine nicht passende Bestellung auf eigene Kosten innerhalb der EU für teures Geld retournieren müssen um dann zu erfahren, dass die Ware angeblich nicht im Warenlager als Retoure verzeichnet wurde. So kann man sein Gewinn natürlich auch maximieren. Sich retournierte Ware bezahlen lassen und dann erneut verkaufen. Hände weg! Mit dieser Geschäftspolitik haben Sie mich als Kunden auf immer verprellt.

Nachtrag: Jetzt wird mir klar, warum hier bei Trustpilot lediglich eine akzeptable Bewertung des Shops vorliegt. Hätte ich das mal vor Bestellaufgabe gelesen. Ich habe Ihnen per Mail am 18.03. den DHL Beleg als Screen zukommen lassen. Bitte checken Sie doch Ihre Emails bevor Sie falsche Tatsachen behaupten und mich auch noch der Lüge besichtigen. Ich habe für knapp 12 Euro das Päckchen auf eigene Kosten zurückgesendet und kann mir hier noch fehlende Nachweise bzw. Unterstützung in der Nachverfolgung unterstellen lassen.

Helaas vind ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet best. Ik heb een tijdje terug de pearl halster gekocht paard heeft hem nog bijna niet op gehad. Je zou denken dat het voor dit geld een stevig halster is. Maar mijn paard schrok buiten. Even voor de duidelijkheid ik had hem nog gewoon vast aan het touw. Dus mijn paard schrikt springt 1 sprong naar achter en alle naden springen open en los. Weg mooie halster en weg paard. Erg jammer. 5 keer gedragen en je zou denken dat het een schrikkend paard die alleen stap weg springt wel zou moeten houden.
