I simply cannot fault the entire team at KW. All very attentive to our requirements, from planning, giving us ideas on design, and kept us fully informed of cost, nothing was too much trouble. We had a media unit and a dressing room fitted in three days. Dan and Kevin were very respectful of our home, covered everything and worked hard. The office team were very friendly and helpful. I think the price we paid is reasonable for a bespoke piece of furniture which is solidly built, and looks amazing. To all the team, thank you so very much.

We had some wardrobes fitted in 2022 and was very happy with the service we received. I noticed this week that one of door hinges was broken and the shelf was missing a bracket. I emailed explaining this and enquired about the 10 year warranty advertised when we purchased the wardrobes. Within hours I received an email asking if they could send round someone to fix the wardrobes. Two fitters arrived promptly and fixed the issue in minutes. Really happy with service, cannot recommend enough!

Fabulous service, range and quality is outstanding. This is the second time we have used Kent Wardrobes as they are outstanding in price and quality. The fitter Dan and his helper Keiran were fabulous. They were very polite, tidy and thorough. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a quotes with Kent wardrobes and compared their prices with three other companies and there’s turned out to be one of the best offers.we went to the showroom to have a look at the quality of the wardrobes and was very impressed over all service has been very good and they are very professional would highly recommend them

Everyone was very helpful and the whole process was straightforward. The wardrobes are really good quality and the installation went smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for custom-made wardrobes.

The company was fantastic. Craig came round first, he was very knowledgeable, they had a great range of wood colours and handles. We visited the showroom which is very professional, the lady there was very lovely. The two guys who fitted the wardrobe was again very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend.

We are absolutely thrilled with our study and bedroom cupboards have turned out! Kevin and Tom did a great job and we love the end result, I can honestly say Kent wardrobes have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Professional and organised from beginning to end.

The advice we received when visiting Kent Wardrobes was very helpful but not at all pushy. We were kept informed about options and alternatives but when we made our decision Nathan and Donna were able to arrange an installation date to suit us. The installation went very smoothly and we must congratulate Dan, Kev and Lewis on an excellent job and professional service.

Absolutely recommend very straight forward from start to finish had complete bedroom fit wardrobes, dressing side exactly what we asked for, workmen very polite and professional ....already booked in to have some more work done in utility room.

From start to finish Kent Wardrobes have been friendly, professional and helpful. After our initial meeting there was no chasing sale calls and they gave us time to think about it. The installation was managed very well and the fitters were a credit to the company. They cracked on all day and cleaned up after themselves. They were very friendly and respectful of our home! From the first visit to our home to measure up for the quote to the final installation Kent Wardrobes were superb.

The design from Craig was exactly what we wanted, the visit to the showroom came with a free Mug and Pen (and it's even a nice pen!) with no problems around ordering samples. Everything was just easy.

The installation was taken care of professionally, and with minimal mess and the finish was superb. There was a minor hiccup around the placing of some existing loft hatch doors, but the guys had a solution and it was not a problem.

Now that alone would be a 5* review. And that's what most reviews are, but I think it's important to add, that nothing is ever perfect and we had an issue with a handle. Nothing urgent, but the sort of thing you'd like sorted. Kent Wardrobes came round, replaced it and its once again perfect. I often measure companies not by how they act when things have gone 100% right, but how they deal when something goes wrong, and Kent Wardrobes passed that test in my book.

From start to finish - a fantastic experience. Craig came over and measured up and left us with a design. We then went over to the showroom to see the showroom. Nathan was very patient and nothing was too much trouble when we asked to alter the design slightly. Donna in the office confirmed our surveyor appointment. The fitters were amazing. Turned up promptly and were so considerate with covering flooring where they worked. We are absolutely delighted with our wardrobes. A great company with impeccable service and top quality products. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
