Got great help from pranav & am satisfied with the help that got

I purchased the 28” suitcase from Morrisons , with the luggage lock system !! Terrible ,, I tried the lock numerous times before my holiday ,, it was fine ,,, how ever upon using it the first time on a holiday to Tenerife , when we arrived at the hotel and put the personal lock in it would not open ,,, tried several times 😡,, so in the end my husband had to pull the zip ends away from the lock using some string ( this worked very easily) cheap locking system ,,, would not recommend if you want a case with the locking system !! The actual case is fine though ! You get a 1 year warranty with it so I filled an online form in ,,, after numerous e mails they decided it was the fault of the airline ??? Maybe they threw the case about !!!!!! Really ,, it was a shocking answer to get out of paying out on the warranty!! The case has no marks on what so ever all it has is a cheap tacky lock - DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

I Bought two garden chairs from Amazon, unfortunately I had to return them as they were the wrong colour. I was informed to return them to a drop off centre. The box and chairs were in a big box and extremely heavy and there was no way I could return them myself as I am 79 years old! Someone from the chair company (Keplin Group) contacted me about this and arranged collection for me. After a bit of a problem with delivery it was sorted and everything was arranged for me with a lady called Manisi who was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she was very helpful ( I wish there were more people like her) it was a pleasure to have her to arrange collection. The Keplin Group are very lucky to have her.

Excellent customer service after sale, highly recommended. Good product.

I received an upright cordless hoover, as a birthday gift. Unfortunately after the fourth time of using it, it malfunctioned. A friend of mine has the same product and never experienced any issues.
I therefore reached out to customer services explaining the issues I was faced with.
The customer service team experience was excellent. After submitting photos/videos, without hesitation the company arranged for me to return the product, free of charge, and a replacement arranged.
Therefore would like to thank Carl, for his continuous replies to my emails, and assisting in arranging the replacement.

Placed an order with Debenhams and order did not arrive. Customer services at Debenhams kept fobbing me off and told me to wait as order was in transit. After 16 days I telephoned Keplin direct and spoke to Manafi who very kindly sorted out a refund. Very courteous and efficient member of the team.

Seems a great product and great customer service. Thank you Carl for confirming warranty issued.

Ordered 2 sun loungers on Saturday afternoon and they was delivered the next day .
Beautiful high quality loungers at a very competitive price .

I gave a shocking review previously as the garden chairs I purchased didn't work.
After a fiasco got a replacement and a refund !!!! Great I thought. However it seems the replacement chairs were the original ones. They arrived in the same battered box and don't work.

Very disappointed.

What made me to purchase the product from keplin is the quality of the product is very much appreciated and the service provided by the customer service is also good

ordered a suitcase from these people via amazon ..there was a problem with delivery through no fault of the company ..The company were quick to answer emails and resolved the problem very quickly..I will use them again

I recently purchased a product for my family and it was very nice and worth the money , will do purchases more in future .

My initial order was the two tables, and only one was delivered. I was disappointed but also very much reassured by the very professional support I had from Ketlin, especially from the excellent Reena - the second table arrived promptly, and I have ordered another one since - I would recommend this company and use it again.

Once again I am impressed by the courteous and, helpful staff Pranav and now Carl, checking to make sure that I am satisfied with the outcome of having to return the item that I ordered. Unfortunately there was a ‘technical’ hitch between Keplin and DPD, but it was sorted out very quickly by Keplin. My refund was done immediately and should appear on my next bank statement. I regret having to return the garden loungers, they seemed to be of good quality, but sadly in my eighties, I was unable to open one of the chairs, and despite reading the comments about them on line, they were too large and too heavy for me to be able to move. Thank you once again for excellent customer service.

I had a problem with my vacuum cleaner, the connectors became misaligned. I sent photos to customer service, the told me how to "fix it"
3 minutes later I was back vacuuming the floors.

EBAY BULLYING AND LIES.
Last summer i purchased a quantity of voyager lanterns for a camping party directly from KG-DIRECT. This was a task in itself with wrong orders being sent out initialy. This year i had several that were not used so i listed them for sale on ebay. I was shortly contacted by kg-direct telling me to remove my listings as they infringed on there property rights. Threatened me with legal action if i did not remove them. I ignored this as im a private seller selling my own items that i no longer require so they have no rights to demand this. I then heard from DESIRETECH.co.uk through ebay who i suppose is the mother company and importer from china who reported to ebay that i was selling unautharised copys or fake items. Blatent lies. Resulting in ebay removing my items from sale. What a sham company. They dont answer phone calls or reply to emails. Seems they have been using these tactics for a while. 200 negative feedbacks on ebay. 19% 1 star ratings here. Desiretech having a wopping 97% 1 star rating. All over a £6.99 camping lantern...
I would like most ratings left here advise you to stay away from this scam company.

Ordered a parasol and base via Amazon and had a number of delivery issues. I managed to contact Keplin directly which is not often possible with Amazon suppliers. I was assisted by a friendly and helpful lady on the support team called Manasi who went out of her way to sort out the issues. She was kind and empathic and followed up regarding the queries. The base and parasol are good quality and well priced. Highly recommend this company.

There was a miscommunication with my order. Manasi sorted my problem quickly and efficiently. Well done Manasi!
