Scam site. I ordered a phone which never arrived. Fake tracking details given and changed their email address halfway through correspondence. Thankfully I paid by credit card so hopefully it will be sorted.

Bought a steam deck 1TB OLED version got sent a dodgy delivery link. Thankfully paid via credit card so have initiated a Section 75, reported to Action Fraud and Trading Standard.
Email address and website both seem to be dead now.
Scum of the earth without a hard days work in them.

Be careful, this is a scam! I reported to the police already! Please dont be fool to order from them if they are still there with fake website! I am sure they banned their business as I cdnt find online… the price they put on their website is slightly cheaper some of their products like a coffee machine I ordered, but it never arrived! Thanks God they were not able to take the money from my acc… I realised and reported them.

Scam. As per rest of reviews this is scam, they cancel the order on the day is due to delivery and then I was told I would have a refund but never happened and now they vanished. When I ordered the item there were still no bad reviews but I was skeptical so paid with credit card to have section 75 protection. Just don't order from them

It’s a scam. Scam website, scam shipping company. Looks very professional, but it’s a complete scam run by terrible terrible humans. Do not order from here

Fake website. Beware. I place an order and had to hound them for tracking information. They finally sent that but the parcel was mysteriously cancelled on the day it was due to be delivered. The phone number on both the website and the website for the shipping company are fake numbers and now that I have called them out and requested an explanation and full refund they have vanished

Just bought a Hoover that was showing at a very reasonable price, Never delivered it is a scam stay away.

Scam……. Package never turned up, they don’t respond when asked for refund, there contact number on web page is dead. They are trying to get as many people as possible before they are shut down. Don’t buy anything from them! A few weeks ago I made a purchase, as I have never heard of them before I checked on this site (trust pilot) and they had no bad reviews so made a purchase Fast forward a few weeks and lots of people are having the same problem.

I have just bought a coffee machine that was showing at a very reasonable price, but I am afraid of it being a scam. I tried to cancel it 15 minutes after placing the order, but there is no cancelation option or link. Then, I have tried to call, but calling goes into failing mode, so I am trying to reach out by email, hoping they can cancel my order as soon as possible. I am collecting as much evidence as possible in case this needs to be raised as a dispute. And from what I can read, I am not alone. Other people complaining and calling it a “scam”.

DO NOT USE SCAM So come on then kerbculture where is my refund? You claim my review was false yet still here i am with no refund and no fridge freezer.
you do not answer the phone, you do not respond to emails, you're German delivery is a scam as well .

This is a scam website, My order samsung tablet (£279) never arrived, which i paid for, luckly thru google pay, payed the same day.

1 week later they provided a german bases tracking link it seemed to be working on 16/08/25 saying "delivery in progress", at evening hours site said "order cancelled". When i click on the home page of the delivery site i get a blank page.

I requested full money back,but they do not respond to emails. Phone number listed on their website doesnt work either.

Do not buy anything from this site total scam.

I ordered a coffee machine. Took my money right away but no confirmation of dispatch. Emailed them and asked re dispatch and was told it was on its way and I had been emailed. Not true. Didn't come and was told it was delayed. Sent me tracking which was in German. They are supposed to be in UK as am I! Still didn't come so checked tracking and it had been cancelled. No contact from them. I don't think it was ever dispatched. They just has my money for over a week. Now waiting on refund.
So much for Kerb Culture's reply and promise of a refund in 5 working days. No refund has been given and I have had to start a dispute through my credit card.
Also as for them saying I could contact them direct, they have not replied to my last 2 emails. If you want good reviews Kerb Culture then communicate with your customers!!!!
