This shop is legit. The purchasing process was smooth, I was kept informed throughout the process (i.e., ordered, confirmed, processed, shipped). Shipping was also incredibly quick, received it within the week. Cannot recommend this store enough for buying an adjustable kettlebell, really great.
do to problems with my order i was offered/promised a gift
but no gift when unboxing i looked carefully for the gift (was only factory-tape on box)
i write customer service the ask to look again but no where to look for it the i ask for a resend of gift or a refund for price of the gift that's up to them.
then i get a mail the the don't like my tonen and the will not resend the "gift" i try to reply to the mail but my reply get rejected do to marked as spam by there mail-server tried 3 times (it worked before) the i mail them from a other mail no problem not rejected... so customer service at it's best
Kettleblaze ist der beste Ort für die persönliche Kettlebell-Ausrüstung für das Training zu Hause. Darüber hinaus ist Cristian - der Eigentümer von Kettleblaze - ein wunderbarer Mensch, dem man vertrauen kann. Auch bei Fragen und Anliegen, die über seine "Verpflichtung" als Verkäufer hinaus gehen ist er zuvorkommend, freundlich und Lösungsorientiert. Ich freue mich ihn schon an mehrere Freunde empfohlen zu haben und diese Freunde sich sehr an den Produkten erfreuen.
Polsini davvero di qualità! Hanno il giusto spessore e sono davvero confortevoli!

Grazie mille Cesare! Faccio sempre la massima attenzione alla completezza e correttezza dei dati di spedizione perchè so che è facile commettere una svista o una dimenticanza di qualsiasi genere e un controllo manuale degli ordini ci vuole sempre...

Fatti sentire direttamente al momento del restock perchè attiverò anche un'area VIP con prezzi scontati riservati solamente a una cerchia ristretta di clienti di comprovata fiducia e serietà
ottima qualità ed estrema disponibilità nella risoluzione degli eventuali contrattempi

Mi spiace averti dovuto far attendere così tanto, ma tutto quello che poteva andare storto nell'invio della cintura è andato storto e, quando c'è di mezzo Poste Italiane, purtroppo spesso è così.
Ho fatto del mio meglio nell'ammortizzare i problemi, nulla di più..
