High quality doors and windows with very competitive price
very happy and pleased with the job that Kew windows did for us. They supplied beautiful, good quality extra slim and tall aluminum sliding doors , large sky windows for ground floor extension and replaced few other windows and our beautiful entrance door. All on time and very professional and hassle free. The team at Kew windows are all very friendly and informative and helpful with great ideas. It couldn’t be better. Thank you Kew Windows.

I paid my deposit on 11th September. Before that, I was told by Jay that we would have a quick turnaround and to 'trust' them and that they would 'look after' me. I really did believe them. I pushed regularly for a date but was not given one. Promises to call back did not happen. Eventually, I was told on 28th October that they would install in January. I have a child with a chronic illness and living with a house with no windows and doors. It is so cold (they are well aware of all of this). Christmas celebrations we are hosting will need to be cancelled. I took them at their word that they would look after me and I could trust them to deliver - but that stopped feeling the case once I had paid my deposit. The company then tried to return my deposit and cancel the order - which was also totally unacceptable over 6 weeks after accepting it and potentially leaving me in a position of starting over a process that I had begun over 3 months previously. I rejected the refund because of the costs and time involved in starting the process again, but they claim their contract gives them the right to cancel at any time prior to installation. As of 30th October we are still debating all of this and they are refusing to honour our order (and as yet, we also do not yet have our deposit returned). Unfortunately it seems that this situation will need to be escalated despite my multiple attempts to resolve issues amicably. I would say this is the worst experience I have ever had as a customer.

Andrew, Tomas and Jorg were a pleasure to have here for a week. They worked really hard and efficiently replacing all the house windows and the kitchen door. Though having to work very quickly to complete in the alloted time, they were always pleasant and friendly and showed consistent consideration for my concerns about the cats escaping.

It was slightly irritating that final payment was requested by the office without checking customer satisfaction. But all's well that ends well.

I love how fresh the energy of the house feels now; and the changed light level in the kitchen is amazing :-).

The window in my conservatory door was replaced with total professionalism. Old window removed, new one installed, doors realigned and everything tidied up. Delightful and friendly service too. I will use this company every time in future.

Not only does Kew Windows provide excellent quality Windows and fittings but their customer service is stellar! Everything is done super efficiently and the team are so friendly! They will be my go to and who I will recommend going forward :)

Terrible experience with the driver on AYI7 UOR not only cut me off dangerously but also had the audacity to give me the middle finger when I honked to avoid an accident. This kind of reckless and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable, especially driving a van with company logo on it, that should prfioritize safety and respect on the road.

If this is how you ask your driver, to conduct your business in customers premises, I’d seriously question their standards. I can imagine your customers have to deal with aggression and carelessness. I hope type test them periodically for Drugs & Alcohol

I had a door fitted a couple of years ago which has been fantastic in terms of quality and design. I couldnt open it this morning and rang Kew Windows in a panic. Someone was here within the hour to repair it (it had just slightly fallen which is normal in first years of use). I couldnt be more grateful or impressed. Thank you Kew Windows!

Usual excellent service from Kew Windows with a good price. They fitted two frosted bathroom windows in a short time including clearing up and leaving the room clean and tidy. Windows look great too. I would thoroughly recommend Kew Windows.

Highly recommend
Excellent job from start to finish. Replaced old timber windows in a square bay with Timber-look uPVC. The team were friendly, professional and worked tirelessly to install the new windows in the day. Existing shutters had to be taken down which I was concerned about but care was taken and these were refitted perfectly on Day 2 along with making good some areas surrounding the windows. Protective covering on stairs, floors & furniture and, on completion, everything was left clean and tidy. I am delighted and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from the first meeting to the installation. We are very happy with our French doors.

I only needed a small window replaced, the service I got was friendly and helpful and the job efficiently completed.

All of Kew windows technicians were polite, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. They are competitively priced and took great care when installing my windows. They made several courtesy calls to ensure I was satisfied with the service. They have a great choice of doors and windows and nothing was too much trouble for them. They answered all my questions satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend them.

Luke and Dima replaced our very old windows. They were extremely professional and very friendly. Our windows now look wonderful and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The whole process of ordering, measuring and installing was done quickly and professionally. The fitters were very tidy and quiet. Painless experience.

I was provided with good advice on replacing my old single-glazed timber windows with UPVC windows which are almost indistinguishable from timber framed windows. The fitters were hard working and efficient despite the first phase being in the middle of a heatwave. They put down protective covers at the start of the job resulting in very little mess which was cleared away at regular intervals. Some minor snagging work was required at the end of the job and this was performed promptly and effectively. The overall quality of the work has been excellent.

We have the installation of new double-glazed windows to replace all the old ones in the property. Additionally, we install a new patio door.

Overall, we have very good experience from its service.
1/ The installation time is on schedule
2/ The installation progress takes 4 days and once they figure out minor issues; in our case, the patio door lock does not work well and two window designs are not correct; they can fix it quickly within these 4 days. Amazing!
3/ the old windows and related rubbish are cleaned up properly.
4/ I actually make price comparison with other companies. I would say the price is highly competitive and worthy.
