Funds confirmed sent by payment processor — KeyDrop denies receiving them for 12 days

I deposited 100 USD in crypto on March 27th via ZEN payment gateway. The funds never appeared in my account.
ZEN confirmed in writing — twice — that the transaction was completed and funds were transferred to the merchant. Key-Drop's support denies receiving them and keeps redirecting me to ZEN. Neither party takes responsibility.
Key-Drop then responded to my review on their other Trustpilot profile claiming the payment was credited on April 7th. It was not. My balance remains zero, and no one has contacted me directly to resolve this.
A company that posts false public statements about resolving complaints — while the customer still has zero balance — is not a company that takes player protection seriously.
