falta de compromiso a la comunicacion con los usuarios mediante soporte
luego de de mi primera publicacion hablando sopore lo mal que esta el soporte de keydrop de hace 4 dias, vuelvo para reafirmarlo, en estos 4 dias intente hablar adecuadamente con el soporte pero no se puede hacer mucho puesto que al hablarles de tu problema obviamente te responde el bot con respuestas genericas, y apesar de que mencionan contactarte con alguien mas nunca lo hacen, tambien esta el echo que a casi toda la conversacion explicada de un inicio la terminan distorcionando a su favor para que no puedas reclamarles mas, y aunque les mandes pruebas y todo el bot se aferra que todo fue culpa del usuario, en mi caso fue culpa de la misma pagina, mostre captura en la conversacion donde soporte admite el error y restauracion de mis articulos eliminados por la pagina, pero apesar de mandarles la comunicacion que piden para verificar dicen que la imagen esta cortada o manipulada, ya ni dan ganas de depositar en la pagina sabiendo que en algun momento les de la gana de eliminarte skins o bloquearte los retiros o en mi caso donde me dijeron explicitamente que si seguian insistiendo en las reclamaciones me banearian de la pagina.

I attempted to deposit 25 USD using cryptocurrency.
I selected USDT (TRC-20), after which a QR code was displayed. I sent the corresponding amount to the wallet address provided in the QR code.
After waiting for more than 24 hours and communicating with a chatbot, I was informed that I used an incorrect wallet address, despite the fact that the QR code provided that address.
They refuse to take responsibility for an error in their payment system, even after i've sent proofs.
I absolutely do not recommend them. Scam.

Withdrawal blocked retroactively due to “Frozen Value” system
I am writing this review to document an issue I experienced with KeyDrop regarding item withdrawal.
I obtained multiple skins on KeyDrop before the introduction of the Price Freeze / Frozen Value System. At the time these items were obtained, there was no indication that withdrawal availability would later be conditioned on future market price alignment with a fixed internal value.
After the Price Freeze / Frozen Value System was introduced, multiple skins already present in my inventory became non-withdrawable, displaying the message “Item not available at the moment”. Support has confirmed that these items can only be withdrawn if the market price drops to match the frozen value shown in the inventory.
To be clear, I am not requesting higher prices, compensation, or special treatment. I am requesting the ability to withdraw the actual items, in accordance with the rules that were in effect when they were obtained.
During multiple support conversations, I asked whether this withdrawal condition already existed at the time of acquisition. This question was never answered directly. Instead, I received repeated generic explanations about “fairness,” “stability,” and “platform-wide systems,” while the core issue was avoided.
The main concern is the retroactive application of new withdrawal restrictions to items already obtained. I am sharing this experience so other users understand how withdrawal availability may change after items are acquired.
Update:
KeyDrop’s public response focuses on value protection and market stability, but it does not address the actual issue described in this review.
The problem is not price volatility, value retention, or temporary inventory shortages. The issue is that items obtained before the introduction of the Frozen Value system later became non-withdrawable, displaying the message “Item not available at the moment.”
Despite the public statement that withdrawal availability is not price-dependent, in practice these items remain locked with no clear condition or timeframe under which withdrawal will be enabled. Recommending users to wait, retry, or exchange items does not resolve the core concern: access to previously obtained items was restricted after a system change.
This review documents the retroactive impact of that change, which remains unresolved.
Update 2:
After some time and repeated follow-ups, the affected skins were finally made withdrawable and successfully delivered. This resolution confirms that the issue was not caused by a real stock or technical limitation, as initially claimed. Instead, it highlights that the application of the Frozen Value system to previously obtained items was inconsistent and questionable. The fact that the restriction was eventually lifted suggests that this value-freezing mechanism is not fully legitimate when applied retroactively, and that users may be prevented from withdrawing items unless they persistently challenge the restriction. I am glad the situation was resolved, but it required unnecessary effort to access items that were already rightfully obtained.
