Purchase $75,000 worth of sensors and PLC equipment. They gave about 4 and 1/2 hours of service and training and then decided that they didn't want to provide any service or training and sent me an email saying that I might want to go and hire an integrator. Mind you I have built the entire thing everything works except for their PLC and their HMI and I am emailing the guy once or twice a day with simple questions about adding measurements to an HMI. Company is a joke. Virtually no support documentation on their website that you could possibly use, there's hundreds of pages worth of user manuals however most of them are not specific to what you're trying to do or require a vast knowledge base in order for you to apply them. As an example, I have two of their sales Engineers out and neither of them can figure out how to configure something to do what we wanted to do. Please explain to me how if your support and Engineering staff cannot do what I'm trying to do me talking to your technical support staff so they can train me to do what needs done he's too much of a burden for the vast sum of money you were paid? What's more they incorrectly spect the safety specs for the cage I was building and sent me redundant items and incorrect items. I had to buy the additional items. So you cost me an additional $12,000 and you can't afford a few hours to help me finish the job? That's good to know because the next time you want a sales guy to come out I'll tell you we're no longer using you neither are any of our other 12 plants because I told the buyers you're shady.

There equipment has constant issues

There equipment has constant issues. We cannot run it for more then a couple of hours and it malfunctions. Never a quick fix. The way the software is set up it goes through solvent and crazy rates. The charge 100x what the solvent is worth. Its MEK and acetone mixed with a 100x price tag. There service people are great but they dont care if their equipment is costing you money not running. The initially set up the printer improperly for conditions. I've had the equipment for 1 year and it's been out of service for weeks at a time without offering anything to fix the situation besides a bill for my troubles. The printer should have been replaced.

Non comprate un prodotto dal costo veramente eccessivo . Confermo che l’assistenza fa ridere . L’unico che si salva Ú il venditore del lazio .
Ma se avete un problema , vi sentite derubati!!!
Parlo di marcatori laser 
 ma penso che possa essere un sistema organizzato nella medesim maniera per i vari prodotti .

No technical support at all.

3 distance measurement units are installed, but the performance is far from what is specified. The first report of the issue is made more than 3 months ago. To date Keyence did not do any efforts to investigate the cause and find a solution. While I get almost every week an invitation of a sales engineer to visit us to demonstrate their equipment. Maybe they should put more focus on the technical after sales support. Next time for me no Keyence anymore.
