Hannah Cornish - Partner @ Keystone Law (Family) After a battle with solicitors appointed at the start, but bills being ridiculous, I decided to Litigate in Person. I didn't do to badly to be honest, however at Christmas 2022 it came to a head. I was referred by a friend to Hannah and my life changed instantly. The minute I had Hannah on my side, things got infinitely better. You've all seen on Prime and at the Cinema the Film Wonder Woman well "Hannah Cornish" is the Wonder Woman of Solicitors in the UK. I am struggling to write what I want because words cannot describe how I feel, she has changed my life.

The outcome I got at Final hearing was because of Hannah and my amazing Counsel. (Counsel that Hannah chose I may add.

If you are going through a Divorce that is horrible and causing you not to sleep, not to work, financial difficulties, etc etc then get in touch with Hannah. She will make a difference. She is a Superstar.

When Hannah was away, her partner Sarah was equally just as Great. !! So you never have to worry..!! Peace of mind covered.

Hannah Cornish - Solicitor - After attempting to litigate in person and then becoming overwhelmed by the system, Hannah was instructed and was very quickly able to cut through all the nonsense being thrown at us from the other side. She skillfully analysed and concluded and advised us on how to proceed; and by instructing a fabulous barrister (Hannah's recommendation) the case was won. This was after over a year of hearings, and the purpetual changing of the goal posts from the other side, the false accusations and their wish to keep proceedings going for as long as possible. Having successfully used Keystone law in a different matter, I was referred to Sam O’Donnell at Keystone by this contact. Without going into too much detail, we were involved in a complex situation with a large company represented by a well known firm. Sam has great skill at extracting detailed information, analysing options and suggesting possible outcomes. We discussed these options and Sam negotiated on our behalf. The matter was resolved. Sam’s professionalism and guile were a huge asset for us. I cannot recommend Sam and Keystone Law enough.

I used Hannah Cornish from Keystone for both the financial and child matters in my separation and i cannot recommend her enough. She has guided me through all aspects of these in a matter of fact way, giving me the pros and cons, and which route she thought was best. She never told me what I wanted to hear, but instead what I needed to. Both of my outcomes went in my favour and I have no doubt it was because of Hannah’s expert advice.

I very rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so due to the absolutely outstanding way that I was represented by my lawyer at Keystone Law, Laura Brown. Laura dealt with my personal family law matter, a matter that contained aspects that were at times both emotionally and financially challenging. I found her to be highly tactically astute, legally savvy, personally intuitive and very experienced indeed. The positive outcome to my case was solely due to Lauras marshalling of it and her all round expertise. I cannot recommend Laura highly enough.

From the outset Nicola Thatcher was excellent, in her manner and communication, as well as in the finished work she produced. She was professional yet friendly and completed the work efficiently and effectively.

Shocking! Phoned to make an enquiry. Was told to email with as much info as possible and so spent a good while writing so that they had all relevant information only to receive 2 sentences back basically saying"we cannot help you." Save your time and go elsewhere.

Total waste of time. Used to be good a long time ago

Keystone Law wasted our time.

DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES FOR FAMILY LAW EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY LAW FIRM ON EARTH!!

Caroline Kelly of Keystone Law handled the case of a friend of mine and it was a s**t show from start to finish.

Imagine the horror of being informed that you have a hearing ON the day of the hearing itself.

On top of that they are experts in making the client take the fall in court for their callousness like not replying to the opposing solicitor or filing late and incomplete submissions.

My friend had to undergo therapy because of the way they made her look in court - a liar and a fraud.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

On top of everything, if you submit a complaint against their solicitor to Keystone they will conduct a never ending enquiry and give their solicitor a clean chit, while putting the blame on you.

Do not think that the SRA/Legal Ombudsman will protect you. They will take months, if not years and finally side with the solicitors. Look at SRA's reviews on Trust Pilot if you don't believe me

I am doing you a huge favour by telling you not to engage them, I wish someone had done this for my friend.

I have used Keystone in the past and was very satisfied with our solicitor. I recently had reason to call the company about gas bills, for a company that I had previously never heard of, that Keystone were forwarding to me every few days. It seems [from research at Companies House] that Keystone had acted as company secretary and correspondence address for this company in the past and they have somehow got my address [which is obviously still on their books] and this company's address mixed up [even though they are at oppiste ends of the country]. My complaint is that, not only has no-one called me back after I have called about this several times, but the most recent person that I spoke to was more condescending than the worst school teacher that I might have encountered forty odd years ago at school, e.g.; 'this is a firm of solicitors, we don't offer secretarial services' and 'please let me finish [expaining at length that all correspondence has a reference-it didn't]. When I asked if I could now finish explaining the issue, they hung up on me. So if you'd like to pay good money for a firm that can't keep it's address book straight, sends private correspondence to the wrong person and takes no action when this is pointed out, and employs people to answer the phone who treat you as less than dirt on their shoe, this firm might be for you. If you would like to be treated with a little bit more respect, maybe try another firm. As others have pointed out, there are several out there.

5 Star experience in my opinion. My lawyer/solicitor - Richard Williams - provided his support and advice on the legalities of the gaming industry, and provided his legal opinion for my website in order to receive approval to advertise. The service he provided was swift and informative.

Five star service! My solicitor has acted on a pretty complicated family legal dispute for me with understanding, professionalism, attention to detail and a wealth of knowledge. I was recommended to her by another prominent law firm in London and she really has not disappointed at all. Well worth the money for what has been a difficult case!
