Had a lovely chat with Alison about lashlifts,so helpful, honest&real,I highly recommend this company for all there products.

Excellent products easy to order and quick delivery

AH Francis products are absolutely amazing! The quality of their lash glue is second to none. I would never use any other lash glue from anywhere else. They have the most helpful customer service and go above and beyond to help.

The training for eyelash extensions was so good! I loved every single bit of it. I came out of the course knowing so much more and trying out new methods! I also brought the lash lift kit and my first lash lift came out lovely!

So please with the new products, such good lift in a much quicker time frame!!

did my classic course with karen and it was the best way to train for me and helped with any questions i had

I absolutely love using ahfrancis products!!
Every client always loves their eyelash extensions and they always comeback for maintenance as they last so well and they get addicted!
The lash lifting system always gives amazing results and I just love it as much as my clients love it too!
Never have any problem ordering off the website and if I need anything resolved Karen and her customer service team always responds right away!
Do not have a bad word to say about AHFancis x

Excellent customer care.
I had a slight problem last week with the lashlift setting lotion so after speaking to Karen and the team, they were fully understanding and did all they could to get the problem resolved.
For myself, I find this extremely reassuring to know if ever you need the support, they literally are a phone call away and always happy to help.
Thanks girls.

I emailed EARLY in the morning about having trouble making an order online, Karen got back to me STRAIGHT AWAY and even called me to fulfil my order as soon as she got to the office. She even reminded me of the offer that was available and added the discount code for me. It was amazing as it was the start of the bank holiday, so I was able to make my order and will get it in time for my work week to start.
Can't Thank you enough Karen xxx

Such helpful service, advice and great customer care. 👍🏻Xx

So impressed with these lashes! Definitely my new favourite!!

Always there for advice and support

I found the course helpful and had plenty of advise from staff and online too. I have enjoyed the course.

Thanks so much.

Very happy with customer services & their online courses. The YouTube videos are great also. Hv used this company for many years without ever an issue

I've been a therapist in Newcastle for 15 years and use AHFrancis I think there products are the best and the service you receive from them.
The owner is so friendly

Fantastic service, going beyond and that extra mile. A company who I have dealt with for around 20years. Would not go anywhere else. Xx
