Amazing service and a great trailer! Burley Encore X was perfect for family holidays to centre parcs and Devon. Seated a (tall) 4 year old comfortably, and with a friend too for short trips - they thought it was tremendous fun! Really good quality. Easy to put together and dismantle. Great suspension for dirt tracks and off road. And more importantly the KidsBikeTrailer team were wonderful. So so helpful, responsive and prompt. Thank you!!

I rented a Burley Encore X from kidsbiketrailers.com for 4 weeks. The whole experience was very well-managed. I needed the trailer quite promptly, and delivery was quick. The staff always responded very quickly to communication.

I had rented with the thought of potentially buying the trailer, although I chose not to in the end. The return was also pain free, and even though a small button had fallen off, they gracefully decided not to charge me for the replacement.

There was only one small negative aspect to the experience: I believe I was told before I rented that there would be some sort of warranty service for the trailer if I chose to buy it. On enquiring again before returning this turned out not to be the case. It is possible that this confusion occurred because they had to switch out the new trailer I had originally requested for a used one due to lack of stock worldwide for the Encore X. So it's worth keeping that in mind if you are thinking of rent-to-buy.

Nevertheless, I think it's a great idea and they've implemented it very well. I'd recommend this service if you're thinking of buying a bike trailer! It's great value for money.

Found this service - very last minute but Sarah managed to pull off delivery of our complicated rental and get it delivered the next day! Couldn’t have been easier once found! Will certainly be hiring from them again next time we are on an active holiday. Great service!

Needed to hire a dog trailer/stroller at very short notice for a holiday in Scotland. Sarah sorted us out with a Burley Bark Ranger which was an excellent piece of kit and in as new condition. Can't fault the friendly, helpful service or the product. Highly recommended.

the trailer, the concept, the process all excellent. the grandkid 2yr old twins absolutely loved the experience. Perfect way to get a family to the beach safely. so easy to set up and fit, smooth ride too.

Fab customer service, prompt delivery and clear communication

We hired the Osprey child carrier to take with us on holiday. Great bit of kit that was easy to adjust and both our 1 and 3 year olds loved being in it. The attached sunshade is a real plus.

The hiring process was very very easy. It arrived on the day we wanted and was picked up on the day we requested (48 hours notice). I would thoroughly recommend this service and will likely be using it again.

Great experience renting a pram for Glastonbury!

Highly recommended using kids bike trailers for hiring. Its reasonably priced and completely hassle free. I even received a personal email from them after asking about my experience. I will definitely be using them again.

We hired the Out 'n' About Nipper Sport for the Glastonbury festival and were delighted with it. Our 4-month-old was very comfortable in it and slept soundly! The process of hiring the stroller, from delivery to pick up, was very easy and straightforward and we would definitely do it again, highly recommend it!

We hired a Burley D'lite X double with jogger kit, chunky wheels and snuggler for a 2 year old and 3 month old going to Glastonbury Festival. The office was really helpful with the booking process and recommendations. Delivery and collection via courier to our home was really straightforward.

Everything was in as-new condition. The trailer packs down small, was easy to fold and unfold, and was amazingly light and manoeuvrable in crowded areas. The adjustable suspension gave a smooth ride over hard and hilly terrain. Both children were comfortable, happy, and able to sleep in there. Also great to have UV protection and the sunshade, and lots of pockets and cargo space.

Strongly recommend both the company and the kit - would certainly use again. Very many thanks.

Everything about hiring from KidsBikeTrailers was easy and efficient. We hired a double Out&About Nipper for Glastonbury Festival and were impressed with everything. The delivery was really speedy and everything arrived as expected. It was easy to put up the buggy and it dealt with the terrain really well, without being too bulky or heavy. Arranging return collection was easy too. We'll be ordering again for the next one!
