I needed a new cog fitted on my Lapierre electric mountain bike, and the service I received was excellent. The job was done quickly as I was going away on holiday and the bike mechanic really knew his stuff. The replacement part works great and I would have no hesitation recommending this company if you need an electric bike repair.

I cannot praise this company enough. I had absolutely no knowledge or understanding of electric bikes when I first went to the shop. The owner, Kathee, was incredibly knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful. I then went to other stores to gather more experience & understanding of the product, before hot footing it back to Torque Electric. The help, advice and support has been fantastic. As a first time, electric bike purchaser and rider I couldn’t be more delighted and excited about my wonderful new electric bike. There is no pushy sales techniques just really sound and good advice. A wonderful independent bike shop with extensive knowledge and a wonderful customer service.

Great product quality and timely delivery

A first class experience! I rented an e-bike for 3 months, then converted that to a purchase, once I knew it would be used. I was able to try a few different cycles to find the one that suited my needs best. I thoroughly enjoyed returning to cycling and Torque Electric have been outstanding in their knowledge and help. They’re nice people and want to make sure you get what’s right for you. All their bicycles are fully compliant with UK law. They recommended a route planning app, which has taken me via routes I didn’t know existed.

There was a small issue, which they dealt with IMMEDIATELY! Everyone can do well when things go well, it’s how you resolve issues when they go wrong that’s the true measure of support. Torque Electric were faultless and I know I could rely on them in the future!

I’m LOVING my rental bike and likely to convert it to a sale as I’ve proven the bike fits perfectly with my lifestyle.

Great lights easy to fit great on my new Black Bike

I both bought a bike and had a solid tyre fitted. The bike sale went smoothly, the shop were let down by their supplier in relation to the tyre fitting but they kept me informed, and used clear communication evening delivering the tyre themselves!

We had a fantastic experience at Torque Electric when buying two e-bikes for myself and my wife. Elliot and Kathee were incredibly helpful and patient, answering all our questions about the bike specifications and the Cycle to Work scheme.
​They guided us through the entire process, from getting a great deal to arranging on-time delivery and easy insurance. The whole process took just a week or two, and we were so impressed with their expertise and support. We're very happy with our new bikes and highly recommend this shop!

Cela, suite à mon retour (Lopen Medium.) de ce matin. It's sure i'll receive it in the next 1 or 2 weeks, because i'm from Québec in CANADA. They are incredible and have good sense. Torque Electric were a pleasure to deal with; helpful, professional, expert. My no-obligation test-ride help make up my mind. So far I am very happy with my electric trial bike.

We had a really great service and experience with Torque Electric. We bought a Tern GSD and I provided a list of accessories and Elliot was very kind in installing all these and providing advice. At the shop I was impressed by the attention and advice before taking the bike. The shop also has several toys which was really useful as my son was very busy playing with these while I was able to continue the conversation with Kathleen and Elliot. Overall really impressed with the service and would recommend it to others.

I gave Kathee and Elliot a wish list for my new electric bike and they found the perfect bike for me.
The aftercare has also been great and they are an excellent team.
