I ordered a few things on January 18, 2026 for my granddaughter's birthday. It was to arrive by the end of January. It is now 2/25/26 and still no delivery. This company, whether a scam or not, uses a delivery service called UniUni with an F rating with the BBB with no responses ever being made to the complaints filed with the BBB. Don't not purchase from this company.

Do not order from KidsMegaWorld. I believe this is a spam company. I ordered something from them in November 2025, it never came, and they do not at all respond to emails. Their website chat just directs you to email them, which again, they don't respond to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Sadly, I ordered an adorable jacket for my daughter. It was as wide as my adult sized medium jacket. looked like a tent. they offered to for me to send it back, but shipping was $17 and change. I would NEVER buy here again unless its such a good deal you can take a risk, I should have read the fine print that they basically don't take anything back...do not recommend.

You do not get the product you see in the pictures. Cheaply made and false advertising as toy is NOT the size the many pictures show. Do Not Buy!!!

HORRIBLE DROP SHIPPING COMPANY FROM CHINA. ITEM WILL ALWAYS TAKE AT LEAST 1 MONTH TO ARRIVE, DESPITE ANYTHING THEY CLAIM! BUYER BEWARE! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE STUPID TRACKLE, COULD HAVE BOUGHT THE SAME ITEM FROM DOZENS OF OTHER RETAILERS WHO AREN'T A WRAPPED DROP-SHIP CHINESE COMPANY.

I ordered 2sets of the Trackle Train sets on 11/9/25 for Hannukah for our grandkids. Today is 12/20/25 and never received product. I have asked for a refund and nothing to date.

Complete and total scam. They never sent the product, but created an elaborate "tracking itinerary" that showed the package had been delivered to my house on a Monday @ 1:43pm. The giveaway was that there was no USPS tracking number provided and my mail carrier (for the last 26 years) reported having no packages to my address that week. I contacted my credit card company and they reimbursed the total amount.

I can almost guarantee you all the positive reviews of this company were written by the company using AI. Just read the sentence structure and word usage and tell me that's how a real consumer responds.

Shopper's Tip: Don't order from the company directly. Order from a reputable company that provides USPS tracking number and photographic proof of delivery.

Stay away. This is a scam website. Ordered over a month ago, the items never came. The tracking history is complete BS as it shows the package is going around the country, i.e. from PA to CA, then back to PA. Contacted the customer service and got no response.

Fraudulent company! Do not order from them! I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I have sent multiple emails asking to just receive a refund and get automated messages offering me discounts on future purchases. Tracking info is a scam. Major rip off. DO NOT ORDER from them!! ZERO stars!

What you see on the site is NOT what you will get -- completely different pieces, different number of pieces, different toy vehicle, different connectors. It took forever to arrive, and when it did it was not at all what was promised. It is a complete scam and ripoff

I ordered a product on November 17th for my nephew's birthday. It is now December 11th. The package has been sent, but there is no accurate tracking information. Contact with the company has yielded %off offers toward my next purchases, but no real answers about the delivery date.

Do not order anything from this company. They are fraudulent in every aspect. Major ripoff

It’s a childhood dream brought to life, and I get to witness it.

I ordered an Autobot as a Christmas gift. The box came ripped and crumpled as of it had been previously opened. I put batteries in to test it and make sure it was working correctly. It did not work. I emailed KidsMegaWorld customer support and told them I want to return it for a full refund. They politely offered me a 20% refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THEM. After I sent the second email asking for a full refund, I can no longer contact them.

First they conned me into ordering something else to drop the price of original order. Never dropped price. Then I asked immediately to cancel the order. I sent order #, Name, I get a email that states I have to add all this other info to my request. Did that and immediately got an email that said it had shipped. BS
I hate doing business with companies like that. DNR
