WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BUY. Avoid this company. I would give a negative star if I can.
The smartwatch doesn’t work as advertised cheap quality, runs extremely slow, and the touchscreen is barely usable. Battery life lasts only a few hours, and key features like GPS and SOS simply don’t function properly.
Customer support is nonexistent. Multiple contact attempts with no response, making the “30-day return policy” meaningless.

Unfortunately didn’t read reviews before purchasing and now it seems like a complete scam website. Watch broke down in the first day of use. No customer service or answer to emails. It’s like they don’t even exist. Very disappointing.

I believe this company may be a scam. Please do not purchase. As other reviews our watch can not connect to the app and we have tried multiple Sims with no luck. I have tried contacting the company with no response. I have no completed a charge back to hopefully get a response and will also be reporting them to the ACCC.

The watch is supposed to work with Australian SIM cards and provide GPS tracking and SOS calling as well as exercise monitoring.
We tried multiple SIM cards and none worked - watch stated that no sim was present.
The watch is incredibly slow and the touch screen is almost impossible to use as it is so badly made.
The battery only lasts a few hours even with auto screen off after 15 seconds.
None of the features that we purchased the watch for worked as advertised on the website.

Support? I have attempted to contact the company 5 times to initiate a return with the 30 day free return period they advertised. The only way to contact the company is via email or web enquiry form I have tried both multiple times without ever receiving a response from the kidzwatches com au

Order two watches. One was incorrect colour. Watches do not connect to the app. Have contacted support multiple times, no response.
Refund policy says 30 days but link to cancellation policy email address now goes to 404 page not found.

I ordered two watches for Christmas but only received one. I contacted the company multiple times requesting another watch or a refund, but after five emails, they simply stopped responding. It has now been four months and nine emails later, and the issue remains unresolved. Terrible customer service. Also the one watch we received did not work correctly and the company were unable to send through the correct instructions to get it going. The app did not work as expected either. I’d be surprised if the reviews are authentic.

I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge and will also contact ACCC to lodge a formal complaint.

I would be very careful ordering from this company.
