I own Kigo Netflix Video Downloader for years, and I am very happy with it. Recently I bought Kigo Movie One, because I have a new subscription to HBO Max. The price of this downloader is reasonable, and Kigo team gave me a discount to buy it. What surprised me about the application is that it’s very intuitive and straightforward, you can get started right away without feeling overwhelmed. I really like how clean and organized the interface is. I have already downloaded my favorate TV series The Last of Us to MP4. I’m satisfied with the quality.

I had a few problems installing Kigo Music One on my Mac. Customer service was extremely reactive, even at weekends, and responded immediately to my various requests. They offered me an adapted solution so that I could use the software. It works perfectly well, is easy to use and very pleasant. I really recommend this software.

I've contacted Kigosoft support, and the basic problem is that while they say their software does not violate Spotify's TOS, Spotify disagrees and is the final arbiter of which accounts they disable.

Kigosoft support is limited to "ask for your account back, and if that doesn't work, create a new one."

IF YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE SPOTIFY MAY DISABLE YOUR ACCOUNT. And there's nothing Kigosoft can do to help.

Downloaded and installed Kigo. Used it to download one album from Spotify, which I already owned on vinyl.

A few days later Spotify disabled the account.

THIS SHOULD BE POSTED IN BIG RED LETTERS EVERYWHERE ON THE KIGO SITE.

I was able to download tv series from my favorite streaming apps. Its worth the investment to buy the lifetime subscription which gives free updates. Worth the money for sure. Pays for itself over time.

The software can be buggy at time and has required multiple updates since i started using it in order to allow all download sites to function. But when it does work it seems to do a good job and it's easy to down the files. Support team is usually pretty responsive.

Horrible. Bought the Amazon downloader and all downloads are just stuck at 1.7 % and then they fail. I tried requesting a refund within 5 days and still no response.

Ho comprato da loro Movie One , scarica tutto almeno quelli che ho provato, apple tv non funzione si mette a scaricare poi si annulla tutto. Gli ho mandato 2 mail ma ma nessuna risposta .

Aspetto ancora uno o 2 giorni poi chiedo il rimborso .

Bought Amazon Downloader, but its not a downloader just upscale lower quality videos to HD.

It's a scam product. I asked refund after 4 days but they are disappeared never answered to my request.
