Made my order on the weekend and sent a message to cancel within the hour. Wasn't shipped until Tuesday but received support message on monday saying they couldn't cancel. Now trying to return the product but they only gave me $15 out of my $180 saying it was a partial refund because they only received half the items? I don't understand how they only received half of the items when i never opened the box and only sent me one package. They probably gave me the wrong order and now blaming me for this. DONT TRUST KIIROO. HORRIBLE SUPPORT AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Purchased a kiiroo keon from an adult store. This product costs $490 and only lasted 2 weeks, now when I turn the device on it just gives flashing red and blue lights and nothing else.
I tried to register the device on their website but the code on the box is invalid, when contacting customer service they want me to prove that I brought this device however there is no way to prove that you've brought this if their own registration code doesn't work on their website.
Absolute horrible experience and complete waste of money.
There's other devices on the market such as The Handy which had similar functions, is cheaper, lasts longer then 2 weeks and has a much more friendly customer support. I suggest you buy their competitors products instead.

Ordered it less than a month ago, sad to say that I'm going to contradict myself. It's like having our mouths on our ass. The moment we get into a pool we already can't breathe. Can easily short if not over a 10 rating of being careful with it. Even the slightest drop of secreting(you know what) its shorts. Like seriously why is all the power based components put around the base of the entry way???? I only used it once, sad it was an interesting experience. It was sluggish at times it would need to be consistent at high speeds, would constantly stop and jam for a sec. Wouldn't buy again. Huh I guess I didn't contradict myself. This was my experience... Who's to say you wont have a different experience.. But you need to rework the device when involving the components that power it. I even did my research and there are thousands of people that have had my exact same experience and they have been complaining, its time you listen.

For the price I paid you would expect it would come with lube and the battery life is so short and charge time so long it's a joke. And you can't even use it while it's plugged in and charging? Kiiro should be ashamed of themselves releasing products to the public that clearly need further R & D. The power and mode buttons are in the wrong place and to close together and there is an issue with the circuitry on the internal electrical board or the mounting of it with these buttons so close together. As at times when pushing the mode button the unit switches off? I have looked at it closely and there is definitely a problem with it. If you hold the power button the unit lights up with lights flashing blue, then when pushing the mode button to change to manual or white light mode it just switches off and you have to hold the power button down again to power it up again and try again.. This happens well over 50% of the time. This product has a long way to go. I suspect as they continue to develop it and bring out upgraded versions alot of these problems will be addressed. It wouldn't surprise me that as this develops the units shape changes, the motor and clip in system also changes and they will eventually realize the battery needs double the current capacity at least as well as the addition of fast charging. They have focused far to much on cost saving to maximize profits. When realistically the changes that are required to sort the battery and button issues would cost so little per unit and I'm sure the consumer would pay that extra for the unit with those upgrades. The interactive mode ok. But again, not perfect by any means. Build quality is pretty good but nothing to write home about. If this is ment to be the latest and greatest then clearly the industry has a ways to go. As it is its worth around half what it's currently been sold for. With battery and charging upgrades as well as button positioning addressed it would be worth around the $180-$199 price range. But no more.

I’ve been working with Eleanor Hancock at KIIROO to do testing and reviews on their expanding Feelstars male stroker lineup for around three months now, and both she and KIIROO have been great to work with. I’ve never done testing before, and was a bit apprehensive at first in terms of doing reviews and providing feedback on things of an “adult” nature, but Eleanor has been incredibly professional, helpful, discrete, and friendly throughout. She’s been very responsive to email, and things have been incredibly smooth for all of the testing I’ve done on the six strokers so far. The only issue I’ve run into was some shipping delays, but that was a problem caused by DHL rather than on KIIROOs end. Even when shipping issues with DHL came up, Eleanor was incredibly responsive and helped work to get the problem resolved.
Overall, I didn’t know what to expect going into doing product testing for KIIROO initially, but have been pleasantly surprised and look forward to doing more work with Eleanor and KIIROO going forward.

I'm excited about the Natalia Starr Feel Stars stroker. It's even more soft and flesh-like than I had imagined. The orifice is detailed as well and is a good representation of Natalia's actual footage. As noted, the texture of the TPE on this sleeve feels more close real skin in my opinion. NOTE: Be sure to only use water based lubricant as all others will deteriorate the sleeve.
The presentation of Kiiroo's stroker case is a very sleek design of black hard plastic (matching with the Kiiroo KEON, no doubt). Right off the bat, it seems perfectly molded to hold in the hand and has a top cap that securely pops into place for discretion when storing. It literally cradles the stroker once it's inserted. The stroker case also includes air holes and a screw cap at the bottom of the case, to aid with fine tuning suction created during use. The final detail on the case includes small ridges that enable the stroker to lock in place when used in conjunction with the Kiiroo KEON automated masturbation device.
Manual Use:
Immediately upon applying water based lube on your member and only 2-3 squirts of lube at the opening of the sleeve's orifice, insertion is snug as the sleeve pulls you in to a taut soft hug. Once inside, the sleeve offers fine nuances of small ripples of followed by a titillating asault of stimulation nodules in its middle chamber. Then the sleeve progresses to an open ended cone of more small ripples with a finish of more nodules in the final chamber. This variance is what makes this sleeve so appealing. There's stimulation nodules at the half mark and at the end. I find the amount of stimulation in the Natalia sleeve to be medium+ and very satisfying to use manually.

Using the FeelNatalia stroker with the KEON is entrancing. The stimulation is outright mesmerizing. All in all, this is my favorite Feel Stars stroker of the two that I own (Natalia and Kenzie). I think the Natalia stroker is an all around great buy for anyone.

This thing will never make me orgasm and I don't know why. The stimulation is simply almost non existing, the material is weird, It takes way too long to charge and the videos on the internet are too often scripted very poorly. I hate this thing. Completely wasted money. Should have buy a girl for that price...

I echo the sentiment and experience many have about the Onyx+ and Kiiroo support.
The unit was initially lost in the mail for several days before USPS returned it to sender, and I had to contact customer support to resolve it. Had to buy a 2nd unit before being refunded for the first and of course it took longer than 3-5 business days. I can forgive shipping delays due to the pandemic, but I expect more prompt communication from the company when there's an issue with shipping instead of relying on the customer to do their homework for them.
Mild delivery inconvenience aside, lets talk about the product. Mild is too strong a word to describe its performance. Like many have stated here, the Onyx+ provides almost NO SENSATION at all. I'm a pretty average guy, and I've tried both the standard and "Tight Fit" sleeve, and neither make a single difference. The contracting rings have hardly any power behind them. Of course like many others also, before I even got to experience the utter letdown, I had to google forums and reddit to fix the numerous connection issues to get even the simplest interactive content on pornhub to work. After getting frustrated with it for several hours (many on setup, about 15min of actual interactive content), I finished off the old fashioned way, cleaned the thing plugged it in to charge.
The cherry on top in all this is that after that 1 time I used it, the unit would never work again. Before using, I charged it as suggested with an outlet for over 4 hours and not powered usb from any other device. Cleaned the sleeves and never got anything other part of the device wet. Charged it for over 4 hours again while I air dried the sleeves, and then I stored it all away.
A few days later I decided to give it another try. Maybe I was doing something wrong, there's just no way that the rings are supposed to be this weak. Got ready to use it again but the stupid thing would turn on anymore. Plugging in the charger did nothing. Holding the power button for any amount of time or pattern did nothing, the manual was utterly useless.
Contacted support and sent them the requested video of the issue and they've agreed it's defective and that they'll ship a replacement. Before they shipped I asked if it would be possible to get a refund, or at least possibly a different product, becaus the Onyx+ does not work for me at all. Sending me a brand new Onyx would just frustrate me further. All they could offer was a 35% discount code for a Keon. So at this point I've spent $219USD + $20CAD in duty fees (despite it being called free delivery), used the disappointing device 1 time before it bricked. Instead of trying to make me a happy customer by allowing me to try another one of their products that may be more suitable for my needs (I would gladly pay the $30 difference in price between Onyx+/Keon), they are shipping me a useless toy and expect me to trust them and consider paying another $160+ to potentially have 2 bricked devices hidden in my closet.
Absolute joke.

I received an email 2 days after the reply to this review, and it did not mention any upgrade, just a replacement of my Realm version to the standard black onyx+ version, which are the exact same thing, not a more expensive replacement.
