Great products. Great customer service. Great price.

Took a week for my order to arrive

Taking over a week to receive order and still not got it. Not surprised really as they use Evri.

The vape juice I wanted, they didn't have, in fact almost everything was sold out and still is.
I had to buy other juice and it was disgusting so until they have what I want i won't be buying there again

Liquids always out of stock and have been for at least 6 months now sorry but you have lost my custom and now source liquids from another company.

Delivery could be faster always out of stock

I have used Kik exclusively for years, but over the past year or so the items I want are regularly out of stock for weeks at a time (both e-liquids and devices/spares). Sadly now having to look elsewhere for a new supplier and unlikely to use Kik again as I simply can’t rely on them.

Simple answer I got what I was after quickly with no problems.

Good product however I always spent over £15 this time I have to pay around £2.70 for delivery what I in all my years never had to do. Can you give me a reason for that please. Remy Zieltjens.

Around 10 days for delivery, i used to get my orders in time, just took too long this time.

Always get what I've ordered in good time. No hassle. I won't buy from anywhere else. Good prices too.

Have ordered from KiK for YEARS but increasingly find products are not available so obviously looking elsewhere for reliable supplier.
Sorry KiK but your service has seriously become poor.
