I for one think its great!I get free items because im actually the niece of the owner of this shop,his children are my first cousins so easily just become family!

Most items we sell we dispatch ourselves like the Janod Caterpillar Track that you received in 2 days.
We are sorry to hear that both items did not arrive in time for your grandson's birthday. However, some items are dispatched by partner companies, a few of which are based overseas. This is the case with the whack-a-mole toy you have bought. Therefore the lead time as advised on the product page is 5-10 Working days.

Lost in transit but customer service was great
I ordered for my toddlers first day at preschool, the item never arrived due to courier loosing it. Despite this the customer service was very responsive.
