This is absolutely absurd Iâve tried contacting this business through their given email to notify them I didnât receive my package and the email wasnât going through so is this business a scam or what I spent 70$ on makeup from this business and clearly will never again I went through the 17track.net to trace my parcel once again and says it was delivered but Cleary not i tried reporting that I didnât receive my goods and it gave me no support on how to get a refund or receive my items. Iâm extremely pissed off about this because I was looking forward to my items thatâs I purchased for my niece, very disappointed by this brand or scam shall I say.

Venho por este meio apresentar uma reclamação relativa a uma encomenda online efetuada no site da KIKO Milano, no dia 29 de novembro.
Até à presente data, a encomenda encontra-se apenas com o estado âconfirmadaâ, sem qualquer atualização relativa ao envio, número de seguimento ou previsão de entrega. Apesar das várias tentativas de contacto efetuadas através dos canais oficiais de apoio ao cliente da KIKO Milano, não obtive qualquer resposta ou esclarecimento.
Considero esta falta de comunicação e de acompanhamento do pedido inaceitável, uma vez que impede a resolução da situação dentro de prazos razoáveis e legalmente aplicáveis ao comércio eletrónico.
Solicito, assim, que me seja prestada informação clara e imediata sobre o estado da encomenda. Caso a mesma não possa ser expedida, solicito igualmente a anulação do pedido e o respetivo reembolso, nos termos legais em vigor.
Aguardo uma resolução célere da situação.

The order never arrived.
This company's website is awful, really bad. The links don't work and nothing gets resolved. My order is way overdue, there's no Royal Mail tracking code, and the tracking on the website is a farce. The order isn't moving; I don't believe it's delayed, but rather that it was never shipped or is lost. There's no link on the website to resolve issues with lost or misplaced orders, or orders that never arrive. Am I going to wait forever? These are Christmas presents for my daughter. Customer service never responds, nobody is online to talk to. Where's the tracking code? And now, am I going to be at a loss?

Ho comprato alcuni prodotti Kiko da regalare ad unâamica. Tra questi un rossetto doppio. Una volta a casa ho riscontrato che il rossetto allâinterno della scatola non corrispondeva al colore scritto esternamente. Riportato al negozio mi hanno detto in modo villano che non potevano cambiarlo perché era stato anche usato (ovviamente non da me). Nellâincertezza di chi lâavesse aperto lâho buttato!

Very Disappointed â Broken Lipsticks and No Support KIKO
I ordered six lipsticks from KIKOâs official website, and when I received them, I was shocked to find that they were broken and melted. I was truly disappointed, but I thought, âOkay, things happen â Iâll just contact customer service to arrange a return or refund.â
However, that was only the beginning of the frustration. Iâve sent multiple emails to their customer support, and no one has responded. Not a single reply. On their website, they claim that âreturns are easyâ â but in reality, there are absolutely no clear instructions, no return form, and no functioning process to follow. It feels like Iâve been completely ignored and left without any solution.
This experience has been extremely upsetting. I just want to return the damaged items and get my money back. But it seems impossible.

Impossible to get a straight answer on how to return. Saw something in Spain. Regretted not buying it so did an on line order & mistakenly bought what I thought was a bigger version of the palette I had seen. On receipt realised it was a big mistake & immediately started the returns procedure. None of the links ð on the website or emails worked. Luckily called into the Birmingham Bullring store & although they first said they donât accept on line returns the manager then confirmed they did & promptly processed the refund. All ended ok but will never order on line again. Just go to store & be sure of what you are buying! Lesson learnt.

I bought a KIKO nail polish whilst on holiday in Italy and was so impressed with its intense colour, glossiness and staying power, I decided to send for some online. I ordered 3 Power Pro polishes at only £4.19 each in the sale. They arrived 2 days later - great service and a great product. The one I bought in Italy has actually lasted nearly 2 weeks on my nails and I have never had a polish last that long. I did touch up the tips occasionally but it blended in really well. Very impressive! I hope these new ones are as good.

Mijn moeder en ik waren gister in de winkel in Amsterdam. En hadden 2 oogschaduw palletjes met 30% korting er op mee genomen naar de kassa. Toen bleek dat we het hele bedrag moesten gaan betalen. Ik liep met de caissiÚre naar het schap van de oogschaduw en ja daar stond overal 30% op wij zijden dat het er op stond dus dat wij nu recht hebben op de aangegeven korting. Ik had gefilmd dat zij de kaartjes er af aan het halen was. Om het aan de manager te laten zien. Nadat we het hebben laten zien zij de dag ik loog. Daarna een meneer van de andere winkel zij dat we het wel voor de 30% mee konden krijgen was bij ons de maat al vol. Hij zij sorry ik zei dat zij sorry moest zeggen. Was ze boven aan het huilen. Uiteindelijk wel gratis meegekregen. Maar hele slecht ervaring.
