I have had 5 systems installed in 6 months and we are happy to report that all systems are working well and we haven't had an single issue.

(This is my third public review since the Big G introduced them way back when I had hair). It gets my goat a bit- post-break-in (Xmas 2025), everybody (after profusions of sympathy) offered every 'service' and 'solution' imaginable (from 'please don't break in' signage through to smoke bomb products and vigilante patrols). When it came to cost however, opinion (my own included) never varied: you can compromise quality to save money. To cut a long story short, um, this is NOT TRUE. The pricetag doesn't reflect what goes on 'behind the scenes' (iterative and consistent R&D and experience, follow/back-up and care-full monitoring and support). Ajax's socio-technical products are streets ahead. Take-home message: don't wait until you're facing two men in balaclavas when you wake up to pee- get perimeter control etc; GET AJAX. chrs, Peter

My Ajax alarm works perfect but unfortunately I had a problem with my keypad offline. My email to the support department was answered within 15 minutes and they gave me the right solution. That's what I need and what I like.

Every time I have had to contact the Ajax Support team, they have been amazing, I don’t usually take to doing reviews but these guys are really helpful.

Nous avons notre système d’alarme Ajax depuis 2019 et en sommes très très contents
Facilité d’emplois, d’intégrations de nouveaux éléments, très bon service après-vente et d’appui … personnellement nous sommes passés de 7 éléments à plus de 35 avec les relais de cde. à distance commandés par scénarios … etc. … et gérons nous-même entièrement notre système complet …

Compra solo en las tiendas recomendadas en la web de Ajax . Compre en Amazon y me la colaron y recibí solo algunas cosas y otras estaban mal , después me enteré que los que venden en Amazon no son distribuidores de Ajax , son particulares haciendo negocio pero sin garantía . Al final conseguí recuperar casi todo el dinero y compré en una de las tiendas oficiales . Muy buen servicio.

The support has been very helpfull with step by step tests check up, after 3 messages we found our set up mistake.

Ik heb geruime tijd een alarmsysteem van Ajax, ik ben zeer tevreden over het systeem, vooral de eenvoud waarmee het systeem te bedienen is. Ik heb nog geen problemen gehad met dit systeem met betrekking tot foutmeldingen of juist geen meldingen.
Ik had wel een probleem met de meldingen naar mijn mobiele telefoon betreffende de status van mijn Ajax systeem. Ik kwam er zelf niet goed uit. Ik heb contact gezocht met de support afdeling en zij hebben mij hierbij geholpen en opgelost. Kortom een heel positieve ervaring met de support van Ajax.
