Das gesamte System arbeitet seit der Installation gleichermaßen zuverlässig wie unaufdringlich! Die App ist extrem schnell und performant. Es gab noch nie Fehlalarm, obwohl Ajax nachweislich sehr sensibel auf Störungen reagiert!

The system does what it's supposed to do without any hassles. A slight niggle would be the remote controller being a little temperamental, but I control it from my phone now, so probl solved. All in all a great system.

The system works properly and does what it should. No faults or errors so far. Even if it’s more expensive than other systems I can only recommend the alarm system.

The hardware is sleek and well-built, and the app is brilliant — fast, intuitive, reliable, and beautifully designed. The entire ecosystem integrates seamlessly, and the battery life on the devices is incredible.

Customer support is also second to none. When I contacted them, I was helped almost immediately by a knowledgeable, friendly team who provided clear links to great documentation and video guides. Everything was straightforward and easy to follow. Excellent all round.

Tutto bene affidabile e preciso. Per errore l’ho fatto suonare e sicurante è già di per sé un ottimo deterrente.
Migliorerei l’App che controlla tutto mettendo un DOPPIO CLICK per arrivare o disattivare. UNO SOLO è troppo sensibile all’errore.

We had an issue with one of the sensors: the battery was empty after only 3 months
They were changed immediately but after another 3 months it was the same
After contacting technical support they came 2 days later and changed the sensor which appeared to be defective

Ottimo prodotto, molto intuitivo ed affidabile, prodotto molto versatile per molteplici usi, prima come sistema d'allarme poi per altre funzioni di domotica. Ritengo ajax un sistema giusto anche nel costo.

Ajax manufacturer produce quality systems and decices , ive been using them for more than half a year ,and i can count on it , not only devices ,sensors , detectors but software and various options of customisation of how they works are awesome.Also settings are very logical and fine tuned. I really like this manufacturer and hardly find alternative on the same technology level TOM

The system works great. I haven't contacted the company, since there was no need, but the remote control option is amazing.
