Ajax decided that customers in Russia…
Ajax decided that customers in Russia who bought their devices should no longer receive any service, and simply bricked all their devices.
Okay, that’s their decision. But what if a customer in the US buys their device next — and Ajax decides to brick it because management changes its mind?
In any case, they seriously fuc*** up when they were disabling these devices. They sent signals to thousands of routers across Europe — especially in Finland, Sweden and iother countries — because their IP database incorrectly identified those IP addresses as Russian. As a result, those routers were bricked too.
Think twice before buying anything from this company. They have demonstrated that they can remotely turn off your system simply because they decide you shouldn’t be allowed to use it.

There was a coulpe of emails back and forth. I don't know if I was in the wrong or if their responses just wasn't visible to me. It was frustraiting. On my third attemt everything seemed OK. And their response was quick, pleasent and helpfull.

Når man lige har fanget, hvordan arkitekture er skruet sammen, er det super intuitivt at tilføje nye komponenter og bruge systemet.
En anbefaling til kommende brugere: Manualer er så småt printet at det næsten er ulæseligt, så brug manualerne på nettet i stedet for at blive frustreret over "ulæseligheden".

I worked as a programmer at a security company and also installed and configured security systems. Of all the systems I’ve worked with, Ajax is the most user-friendly. The app is intuitive, setup is straightforward, and managing devices is convenient.
Based on my experience, I’d give Ajax 10/10. The best security system I’ve worked with!

I have been a Integrated security…
I have been a Integrated security installer for over 40 years and fitted everything from Scantronic/Menvier/Texacom etc and Hik/Uniview/Dahua etc on Cctv and tbh i don't normally bother with reviews but I have to say this Ajax kit is brilliant and its backed up by what I would say is THE best technical support team. Really can't praise their equipment and back-up enough. For years we we're fitting Pyronix Enforcers in domestics and gradually getting more and more glitches with it but now we fit everything Ajax from intruder to cctv and really can't fault it 👍🏻

Great products and great support
Great products and great support! I have had their products for around 6 years and they have worked great. I even recommended it to some of my relatives when they were going to buy home security. Recently when one of them got a problem with their login, their technical support team were of great help. I will definitely be buying more products when it is time to move again or to cover some areas.
