I wanted to shop at the online store. Since I wasn’t sure whether the parts were suitable for my motorcycle, I contacted customer service. After a week without hearing back, I reached out to them again. I never received a response. Therefore, I won’t be placing any order — my money would probably be gone and the goods would never arrive! Stay away!

3 weeks without any message when my parts will be arrived or even sent.

Communication before payment was good, after payment literally nothing anymore.

I haven't received my parts still......

J’ai commandé une pièce censée être parfaitement ajustée et de haute qualité… Résultat ? Un produit mal fini, totalement différent des photos officielles !

Évidemment, aucune réponse à mes mails de réclamation. Service client inexistant. J’ai dû ouvrir un litige PayPal pour espérer récupérer mon argent, et en prime, j’ai dû payer les frais de retour de ma poche !

C’est clairement du vol. Si vous aimez jeter votre argent par les fenêtres et perdre du temps en démarches pour vous faire rembourser, alors foncez chez Killer Custom. Sinon, passez votre chemin et allez voir des vendeurs sérieux.
