Je suis un client qui achète régulièrement pour mon studio Tattoo , récemment j’ai commandé des grips qui m’ont été recommandé par une de leurs vendeur mais il ne sont pas compatible avec ma machine de tatouage .
C’est quand même presque 50€ et ils donnent plus de réponse malgré alors que j’ai prévenus que l’article n’était pas conforme à leurs indications .

Excellent customer service
I had concerns regarding delivery of my order after my address had been taken incorrectly.
I called Killer Ink and spoke with a lady called Caitlin. She was friendly, professional, helpful and quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. Because of the service I received from Caitlin I will definitely buy from Killer Ink again in the future, and would recommend them.

Fantastic customer service and support!
I recently had some technical issues with a product I purchased, and the customer service I received was absolutely brilliant. Eleonora handled my case and she was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. She sorted out the technical problem smoothly and even arranged a store voucher for me without any hassle at all. It is rare to experience such fast, solution-oriented, and genuinely helpful support. Highly recommend Killer Ink!
