I paid for express delivery, which they agreed beforehand that it would easily arrive by the requested date. It arrived via "standard" post during the holiday I needed the kilt for. The company then stopped answering emails. Another rip off kilt company. Selling from a house in a busy housing estate in Birmingham I should have guessed it would be a middleman for cheap Pakistaní goods.

Sold me a hat, put a flimsy piece of elastic inside it to try and claim it was 54cm, when the hat actually was 58 and fell around my ears. Won't refund the full amount I paid, claiming they won't refund a "service charge".
Shame as I would have bought something different if they'd actually refunded what I paid for it.
Not as advertised and, also said hat was unbanded, but came with a tacky band and buckle.

I ordered a kilt set and it arrived sooner than expected (to New Zealand). Communication was excellent as emails were answered often within hours.
I love the quality and can't recommend them too highly.

Ordered lederhosen for Octoberfest. These items are on permanent sale so (due to their policy) you are unable to return if you order the wrong size etc.

***UPDATE***
Eventually got a refund after the company made a refund conditional on me removing this review. However, they only gave a partial refund, deducting an unexplained £16:99. I asked for an explanation but been ghosted since then.

In summery:
The original goods were of a good quality but wrong size for me.
Be very very careful using this company. You’d have better results using the Chuckle Brothers to help you move house than get a refund out of these guys.

My new camouflage kilt arrived earlier than I previously anticipated. I immediately unpacked it and tried it on. It fits me like a glove and I absolutely love the way it looks! I can't wait to show it off to my family and friends. I will wear it with pride!

Very poor item. Quality nowhere near what they advertise. Bought a waistcoat and it's got threads pulled everywhere and coloured thread through it that shouldn't be there. Not even going to bother returning given the rest of the reviews, I'll just put it down to experience. Stay clear of this "shop".

I stumbled over this shop by accident after looking for a sturdy work kilt. I work in metal and I need work wear that can withstand the environment I work in.
On a whim I ordered the olive work kilt and was surprised how fast it got delivered. Quality is outstanding. I ordered this June 2024, it's June 2025 now, and I still wear it on the daily in the summer and after adding back pockets and tailoring some extra push buttons, it's the perfect garment.
My mom saw the kilt and was raving about the quality. She is a seamstress and I ordered one for her as well because she said, for that kind of money she can't make a fabric heavy one herself.

Communication with the shop was excellent, I actually emailed after an order for a change of size and that even in the middle of the night, not a problem. I have been telling about this shop to friends and family and I'm still very impressed by the quality and speed with with they operate.

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Item is NOT custom made. Seller didn't want to issue a refund at all, in the end charged an extortionate "restocking fee" which is against consumer trading standards. STEER CLEAR!

So I ordered few items. Paid for delivery (as it was supposed to come from UK). I received them from China by Chinese mail company. The quality is horrible. One item is produced in 2012, another two in 2022. One of the items is not even the one I ordered. I prepared for mailing them all back, to only find out that items on sales are not refundable. Guess what? 95% of clothes this company is selling are “on sale”. I wouldn’t be surprised if those clothes that are not “on sale” are all “out of stock”. Ow well, I’ve learned my lesson.

I can only suggest to avoid this fake shop.

Shocking customer service. They are a scam company and do not adhere to consumer rights. False advertising on their website about your money back if not satisfied.
I am now raising a dispute against this company.
AVOID at all costs.

Awful company at every point of my purchase. Firstly, the quality is so bad it is hard to believe. Think of cheap Halloween iteam's and you are not even close. Once l returned the iteams they refused 30% of the cost of my return. Even though they promised 100% satisfaction or money back. Then, they choose just to ignore me for months. Until they came up with a lie to why they would not erefund me. Since then they have ignored my polite attempts to communicate. Shocking, rude and the £120 iteam l ordered was not worth the cost of the postage. Go anywhere else.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered a kilt with custom printing 3 weeks prior to needing thinking this would be ample time. How wrong was I. Two weeks following I had had no communication to say how progress was and with a week to go I was a little nervous, so messaged them. This was on the Monday, I needed the kilt for the weekend. I finally got a response after multiple messages saying the order was complete and had been sent 24 hour delivery to arrive Wednesday. Perfect just in time. Wednesday came and went no delivery. I gave it until thursday frantically checking royal mail tracker as I had been provided with a tracking number. No update nothing. I then began the arduous task of trying to get hold of someone again to see what was happening to them be told your order is being printed and will be with you next week !!!!! I explained that I had already mentioned multiple times I needed the kilt for this week and at no time did they say they couldn’t complete the order giving me the option to cancel. Instead they lied about it being delivered thinking that I would still be happy to take delivery later. I demanded a refund and after much back and forward finally got a partial refund. I would not recommend this company at all highly unprofessional.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews on here, Sidra was a wonderful communicater and quick to address any and all my concerns. My jacket arrived today and it is perfection. I am thrilled by the fit and craftsmanship

Ich hab die Men’s RAF B3 Aviator Double Collar Shearling Sheepskin Bomber Leather Jacket bestellt. Mit Express Versand kam die Jacke in 9 Tagen an. Eine gute Lieferzeit aus GB. Von der Verpackung hätte ich mir mehr erhofft. Die Jacke war teuer und ist aus Echtleder. Da erwartet man einen Karton, die Jacke kam aber in einer Plastiktüte, eingerollt und gequetscht. Für die Qualität der Jacke gebe ich eine 5/5.

What we received was a poor and cheap imitation of what was pictured. Terrible quality. The company has not responded to emails or reviews.

After waiting 21 days for an item to show up after paying express delivery charge, I returned it over a month ago. Despite repeated e mails requesting payment of my money it has not been sent and all my emails are ignored. A sidra kunwal who I spoke to over the late delivery still ignores my request for return of funds. I have no reason to believe they are not scammers.
