Kimmy has been the only fitness trainer that I’ve encountered who gives new moms the confidence and tools to get back on the horse / back on their fitness journey. I was very uncertain where to start again on the abs front and her 20 day program really helped me know what I need to do and how to feel safe in my workouts. Besides this she is so positive and supportive.

This lady is a breath of fresh air! Completely supportive of your personal and individual goals and builds great relationships with her ladies. Honestly makes me feel like she’s a friend giving me the best workout advice. Always available and helpful. Am enjoying the workouts immensely and have stuck to it which is my main goal. I wanted consistency and needed to be checking in with someone. 100% can’t recommend this lady enough xx thanks 🙏🏼 Kimmy

Well what can I say Kimmy is just amazing at what she does, and cares about all the ladies she helps ♥️ so greatful for all the time and effort she put into the challenge! I absolutly loved it!

Kimmy is so cheerful and gracious which makes you feel like you can be super honest with your progress, goals etc

This programme was a challenge but it brought about quick results for me. I can easily engage my tummy muscles, pelvic floor and have a flatter tummy even though I’ve put on weight. I feel stronger and thats my overall goal in my fitness journey. Im going to keep on doing all I learned in the program and will be looking to kimmy for other body goals I have.

Kimmy has been so supportive & informative from the beginning & still is, nothing is to much trouble.
The corset training exercises that I have been taking part of has made me feel so strong.
I will definitely be training more in the future.
I would definitely recommend Kimmy.
